Read reviews before we left and were apprehensive about a few things. This hotel was extremely clean and the bedding comfortable. We loved the fireplace in our room. The staff was friendly and prompt with everything. We never had to wait for our car and only a few minutes drive to downtown. Heavenly ski was right across the street. The...

Thank you for the quality of your review. We strive to attract guests like you, who will enjoy their experience here. You described us perfectly by reflecting our history for high marks in staff responsiveness and housekeeping as well as our limitations in food service. We are off the main strip by a mile and know this is not everyone's...

You have to ask yourself...Do you care if the property is outdated, if it is in Heavenly's parking lot? The resort is right across the street from the Heavenly lot....boot up, and walk on out to the lift. The heated pool is a nice treat. The rooms have these HUGE "party, spa tubs" that take 20 mins. to fill. It...

DO NOT STAY HERE - unless you want your personal items stolen!!! (This doesn't even deserve 1 star) My family and I were gifted a week's stay at TSR for Christmas, when I arrived on Sunday, December 11th, all seemed normal; however when I went skiing on Monday and came back to my room it was cleaned (despite the DO...

Nice place. Very clean and good beds, TV's, and lots of towels. We walked to the Calif side lifts at Heavenly. The rooms have a large tub in the middle which actually is not a problem at all. I think they could lose the tub and expand the kitchen a bit.

Positive is the enthusiastic and helpful staff. A great source of helpful knowledge. If you did not know what to do tomorrow you had a choice after a talk to the staff. There decorating of the reception and lounge are was brilliant Negative is Room design and management. No kettle. To make tea we had to use the small basic...

A little on the Antique side but well-maintained and beyond par service with complimentary valet and bell service. Jose was very helpful with the luggage. Ketsia and Jasmine were amazing at the front desk and Pat went more than the extra mile to be helpful. He even made a map for us for guidance. Loved the service and would recommend...

My husband and I stayed there last weekend. We had to leave early because we weren't sleeping well - we skipped our last night. The cons: the hotel feels quite old (at least 30) and never renovated. The grandmotherish wallpaper and VHS-DVD combo isn't a problem (quaint, almost) but the mirrors have that aged, brown-edged thing going on. Our room...

Great staff from the valet to front desk clerk to bellman every employee went out of their way to be helpful. The rooms may be older but they are large and very clean. We got a great price for off season and would come back again.

Our family has been coming to Tahoe Seasons for over 25 years. My parents bought a time share there when I was a teenager. I have many fond memories of summer vacations spent there! The rooms have been renovated and updated, but it's not a real fancy place. It's very clean, comfortable & homey for families. The staff there is...

First of all, I can't say enough good stuff about the staff! We were treated like family from the moment we arrived. Thankfully they are all amazingly friendly because something needed to make up for the lack of other amenities....the grille, bar, and any other source of food (except for the limited snacks in the gift shop) were all closed....

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Tahoe Seasons Resort is a magical alpine location perfect for family quests, mountain sports enthusiasts and secluded retreat devotees. We are located 150 yards from the ski lifts at Heavenly’s® famous mogul run, Gunbarrel. A mile down the mountain is Ski Run Marina on Lake Tahoe. In season, we open our on-site snow ski & board rental and retail shop. We are a 183 suite-style hotel. Our rooms have three basic areas; bedroom, sitting room and bathroom. Each room includes a large tub/shower combo, 2 TVs & DVD player, 2 telephones, free premium cable, free WiFi, clock radio/MP3 dock, 4 person dining table, mini fridge, microwave, wet bar and coffee maker. On-site activities include year round heated outdoor pool and hot tub, game room and guest library. In season you can also enjoy rooftop tennis, shuffleboard, sundeck and gas grills complete with tables, chairs and umbrellas. Parking is valet only and complimentary. Because of our location there is no street parking. We have a 4 level below ground parking facility. For your safety all parking is done by our paid employee valet. Tips are welcome, never expected. Valet offers chain service for a fee. We opened on September 8, 1983 as a premier owners ski resort. Our room layouts reflect the fact that there was endless snow, abundant water and large tubs were all the rage. Our owners come from all over the globe for world class snow skiing and mountain sports. Annual family reunions have been facilitated here for over 3 decades. ... more   less
