We stayed in a three bedroom property for a week in November. The bungalows are excellent, very well appointed, and lovely and warm. The staff are very nice and helpful. The setting and location is beautiful, it was very quiet and peaceful but for us the bungalows are a little too close together, but that is a very personal view...

The detached 3 bed villa was nice and warm considering the temperature was at -5c over night the accommodation was a bit dated overall good. They could do with a in-house restaurant not using the attached golf club where the food was good but surroundings not to the same standard as the accommodation. The area is very nice and scenic...

While it may have been good to be in a big City to take in all that it has to offer, being on the southwest coast of Scotland, we did get an opportunity to visit two major cities and to get to see the Coast.

Hi ritamwilliams Thanks for taking the time to review the resort. Many of our guests use Brunston Castle as a base. This enables guests to have the best of both worlds, a nice quiet relaxing time and the opportunity to visit larger towns and cities only a short drive away. The coast line of South Ayrshire is always a pleasure...

Brunston was excellent as always, the accommodation was well presented and everything we could have wanted was provided. Our family was complicated with ages 14 months to 60 present but there was something for everyone with the balcony becoming a safe outdoor play area for the little one while the adults enjoyed coffee and scenery and the teenagers? off to...

The décor and furnishings were very dated and when we found air fresheners plugged in well !! We were there for a weekend only so put up with it. If we had been staying longer we would have been asking for a different unit. Disappointing.

Spent a week here and didn't want to go home afterwards, wish we could have stayed longer. The accommodation is home from home and has everything you need. The on site facilities are excellent. We made use of the pool, sauna, gym and games room. The staff are excellent and where helpful when needed but not intrusive and where left...
