We had a lovely stay and the weather was reasonable for Scotland for the time of year. The chalets are well set out and comfortable, clean and have towels, bedding and different media players. To access the accommodation, the passenger has to use the passkey - I found this difficult as disabled so we had to drive really close to...

Internet in the cottages will hopefully be provided in the not to distant future for guest use. All other comments are greatly appreciated and will be taken on board. Was pleasantly surprised at how lovely the cottages were. It is so peaceful - almost like living in a bubble for a week. We stayed in a 3 bedroomed cottage which was very comfortable and if I was to make any criticism it would be that the en suite shower room could do with a heated towel rail or some...

We were looking for somewhere new that we had not used for a wek long trip. Brunston had very good reviews so we choose it. The resort is quite remote and a car is essential, being approximately 6 miles from the nearest main road with the approach roads all very twisting. On arrival we were welcomed by a very professional...

Hi olly t It is very nice to read how much you enjoyed your stay at Brunston Castle. I understand the local restaurant winter opening hours can be a little frustrating, unfortunately we have no control of this. I agree South Ayrshire does contain many small rural roads but hopefully the beautiful scenery on route makes it all worth while....

Excellent villa with super privacy, modern conveniences, great restaurant and beautiful scenery. Front office attendants were courteous and helpful. Walking on the golf course was wonderful and endless. Dine restaurant is best in a 15 mile radius.

A good quiet resort An addition of its own restaurant/bar area would make it an excellent resort If you play golf it is next door to a course and driving range. You can do lots of country walks. And you are in Burns country to brush up on Scottish history

We had a great time at Brunston Castle last weekend. Our lodge was roomy, comfortable and cosy. Kids loved the swimming pool (especially since we had it to ourselves!!) The staff at reception were lovely and welcoming and we'd definitely recommend a stay here!

Great setting, accommodation was nice and cosy, facilities were excellent, really enjoyed our weekend only downside was not being able to use the golf club to eat due to golf society awards night but that's part of the setting I suppose

Lodges are immaculately kept with all the required appliances for a self-catering tenure. The reception area offers activity areas which are ideal for toddlers and teens. Do need a car to travel around as am not sure whether public transport covers the area although the village of Dailly is just round the corner. Wifi and telephone reception where very weak...

Third visit to Brunston Castle, this time to catch up with family. Plenty to do around and about, had a lovely day in Arran. Our lodge (8) had been refurbished, the other one we hired (9) had not but both were comfortable enough for 4 adults to stay in each. The only downside was that lodge 8 had a new...

Enjoyed the trip. Ronald is a great guide for morning walks. Weather was cold, so you need warm clothes. Staff was helpful and very friendly. Lots to see and do in the area, many castles close by, and close to the coast.
