We stayed in the floating cottage for 2N/3D with my wife and 2 daughters on 15th of April 2017. The stay was excellent. The activities planned by the resort was top class and really good. I am a Bengali and what can I say about food it was just too good. If everything fails I will still go there for...

Our group had an enjoyable stay at Oyster Opera. Don't go in expecting resort like facilities. But if you expect great food, lots of activites, very friendly staff then this is the place to be in. Modelled as a mix of homestay and a resort with a responsible tourism approach , we found this place to be true value for...

Brilliant place and very good hospitality The food is a 5/5 And the best part if the resort is the floating house where your cottage is let to float on water during the night Its best to go before the monsoon or else they wont let you use the floating boat and no this is not a house boat its...

Oyster Opera is in a beautiful location on the banks of the backwaters. Our cottage Oyster had a good position but needed updating, initially we were not given the control for the air conditioning but when requested it was given, it only worked spasmodically and when it did the unit leaked copions amounts of water onto the floor. The shower...

At first sight this resort seemed a little bit worn out. And it was.... BUT, we grew to love it the 4 nights we stayed here. I think our hut (Oyster) was the smallest, but it was by far the best located - in our opinion. When we were sitting out on our terrace, we coldn´t see any other huts...

Oyster Opera is a medium sized resort well off the beaten track but by no means difficult to access. We arrived and met the charming Gul and his excellent team and were quickly in our very well-appointed room. The rooms are varied and it is hard to know what each one was like but we had the elevated cottage which...

Backwater, picturesque cottages, hammocks, green lawn, children play area, beach tour, swimming in the backwaters, open air shower, birds, insects and what not... Accommodation: 4/5 Basic clean cottages Location: 5/5 Better than bests... it...

What should I talk about this place. This is one of the most beautiful resort I have been to. The view is serene. I stayed there for 2 nights with my wife. The stay was in a floating cottage in the midst of backwaters. The food is surreal; authentic Kerala food served with utmost love. The staffs are quite efficient...

Stayed here for 3 nights. Great location, right next to the backwaters and a boat ride from the beach. My package included food, which was sumptuous- Kerala style! I went alone, but lot of families too were staying there. The room is fairly basic, but clean and maintained. I stayed in a cottage on silts. There is a small pool...
