Had a large 3-bedroom suite which was perfect for our family of 7. However, one small bathroom was an issue. Definitely needs some updating; cupboards didn't close properly, bathroom tile work questionable. Even though the rooms were non-smoking you could still smell, especially in the halls, that people had been smoking over time. The price was right $169/night for our...

This motel is about 20 minutes from Banff in a very small area called Deadman's Flats. Do not expect any frills but at half the price of hotels in Banff it is a good find. The room was clean. Reliable wifi. Fridge in room. It was a quiet spot. The hotel does not offer breakfast but next door is the...

I thought people were being critical when i read some reviews but now realise they were rightHotel tired looking, shabby with no facilities. We couldnt get a drink because they had a lobby with a kettle and microwave but they did not supply tea etc, Rooms smelt of damp. We booked this hotel online. We wanted to stay in Canmore but everywhere was fully booked. The motel was a disappointment from the moment we saw it. It looked a lot better in pictures. The hotel is run down and tired. The bathroom floor tiles were cracked and held together with tape. The bathroom was so small it was hard...

The rooms were expensive and really filthy. The sheets were stained and there were long black hairs in the bed - I am blonde. We requested our room be cleaned again and I think a can of air freshened was sprayed, that was all. The sheets were still dirty and the bathroom mouldy and dirty. This was quite an expensive...

The room had an 'old' smell to it. Since it was summer, we were able to keep the window open with the bathroom fan running all night. The bedding was clean and comfortable. There was a fridge in the room but no coffee or micro-wave.

Stayed here for a few nights as visit was relatively short notice and everywhere else seemed fully booked. It's ok, but the website picture is misleading as the place is quite shabby and would benefit from a face-lift, rooms and bathrooms tired and not very thoroughly cleaned. Wifi intermittent. Far too expensive for what you get.

I had to go on business in Banff/Lake Louise for a week. It was high season and all hotels were booked. I then booked at this motel in desperation. It was cheap. $158/night After reading the previous reviews I wasn't sure I made the right decision. I read the review about the water not drinkable. Not an issue at all....

Not sure when the pictures on the website were taken, but it's different when you stay, it's ok for a snow boarder person, but for a relaxing break it's as basic as basic can be, It's clean but no checked out a day early on my 2 night stay, about 1 km outside Canmore

We stayed here for 4 nights. The staff were helpful and polite. Rooms were clean and serviced daily. Comfy bed. Big room with mini kitchen but no crockery or cutlery to speak of so bought some in canmore. Overall it was a good spot to stay.
