A shuttle will bring you from the airport to a grouping of three hotels, of which the Sheraton is one of them. Upon check-in staff were very friendly and I was upgraded to a Junior Suite. The room itself was disappointing; it was a large room, but with a big empty space in the middle. The TV was at one...

Typical North American airport Sheraton hotel, which means it's not nearly as nice as the Sheratons you might find in a European capital or in a city centre. Rooms are large and clean, and the location is quite convenient with many restaurants and a subway (Sky Train) stop within easy walking distance. Unfortunately, the airport shuttle van provided by the...

Thank you very much for taking the time to review your stay with us. I appreciate the positive comments but also welcome the comments around the challenges that you had, especially related to the shuttle bus waits. I want to apologize for the delay in the shuttle service and am looking into the reason for the delay on that day....

Check In/Check Out: Quick. But this really depends on your luck. If you get stuck behind a crew, or a large tour group, you might be out of luck. I recently got an Amex SPG Business card, which gives me complimentary lounge access. I mentioned it to the front desk, and was giving lounge access without confusion, so that’s good....

Thank you very much for your review. I appreciate your positive comments and have taken special note of the potential delays at check-in that can be caused by large group arrivals. We will definitely have a look at what we may be able to do better to avoid this issue. I am pleased that you enjoyed your Club Lounge access...

For a airport hotel you basically just want it to be clean and comfortable which this hotel provides. There are lots of restaurants in the area. So its basically very efficient. The hotel is large but is more or less no frills. My major gripe is that you have to pay for overnight parking and it cost more than surrounding...

We always like Starwood properties, but this one missed the mark. The location isn't bad as it is close to the airport (they have a shuttle), and it is only a few blocks to the huge Richmond mall plus the train to downtown. Staff was fine. Charge for parking. But I couldn't get past the bathroom. Really low countertops. Very...

The hotel is a little tired but is currently being renovated. The rooms are a bit old but quite large and the beds very comfortable. The location is very good (near Richmond Centre Shopping Mall), the staff are very friendly and the shuttle to and from the airport is convenient and reliable. The restaurant was good - okay for dinner...

Usually a good place to stay. This time I checked in and entered my room and it already had someone staying in it (that I scared when I walked in). Went back down and they gave me a new room (with no one in it). Hotel has nice size rooms. Nice and clean. Very handy to airport. Good restaurant/lounge in...

Great clean hotel with great service. Stayed one night travelling through Vancouver. Clean and quiet and the beds are super comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. Their airport shuttle that runs every 30min on the dot as well, so no worries on not making your flight!

We were there in July and they were renovating part of the hotel. It was incredibly noisy. We were switched to another room and it was much better, although it was facing a pool, so there were kids playing and screaming. The room was good, clean and spacious. Staff was probably the best part of the hotel, super friendly and...

Stayed here for 6 nights in December due to son competing in an event locally. Rooms are very comfortable, large beds, good and efficient (albeit loud) heating. Good choice of food at Harold's Bar/Bistro and prices reasonable. Starbucks also at the hotel which was also very reasonable. Heated outdoor swimming pool which was open and used however not by us...

“Be prepared for street noise, seagulls squawking and planes flying overhead late into the night. Also be aware that the sliders leading to the balcony, do not close tightly and allow the noise and wind to enter the room. The balcony slider was an issue on 2 of our stays at this property.”
