I missed my connecting flight so had to book a super expensive last minute night in this hotel. A standard Holiday Inn so nothing special but good enough. Way too expensive though. You should be able to find cheaper hotels in the same area.

Arlen, RuAnne, Amanda, Roger(shuttle driver), Cam, Steve and All Cleaning staff go Above & Beyond and have a Can-Do Attitude with Alacrity! As good if not better than Fairmont staff! Whoever hires/trains the staff knows what they are doing! An absolute pleasure to stay here!
Flight delays caused us to arrive extremely late at night. Easy online booking for this hotel close to the airport. Buffett breakfast in the morning. Great location. Coffee as always with Holiday Inn needs improvement.

Our hotel does not provide shuttle service to Canada Place (cruise terminal), however you do have a few options to get you there. One is by taxi which would cost approximately $35-40 and takes roughly 30 minutes to get there. The other option would be with a 3rd party shuttle company called Livv Adventures. They charge $16 + tax per person and pick up at a number of Richmond hotel locations (takes 1 hr). You can pay and book directly on their website.
