We love this place so much we try to go out every year. The jacuzzi suite is worth it. The staff is great and the food in the restaurant is fab too. There were so many pillows on the king size bed we just didn't know what to do with them all.

THIS IS FOR THE PET FRIENDLY OPTION ONLY. Do whatever you can to make sure you don't get room 101. There are 3 or 4 per rooms in the hotel, and 101 is directly across the bar on the main floor, and right beside the ice machine. I asked if I was going to have problems being that close to...

Stayed the May long weekend in the Tudor suite. Quaint charming and generally clean. A few small details required attention. Highlight was your delightful efficient staff Dorian and Fiona and the wonderful hearty meals. Happy birthday Dorian. W.J.

My new wife and I had our wedding reception and stayed at the Georgetown Inn after a recommendation from a loacl JP. From the time we first met the staff to start planning our reception all the way to the time we checked out, the staff has been extremely enjoyable, friendly and pleasant to work and interact with. The food...

I have stayed at a lot of properties in Banff and Canmore over the last 15 years as I travel to the region regularly on business. The Georgetown Inn is one of my favourites by far. The employees are as warm and charming as the decor and rich wood of the Inn itself. I would highly recommend the Georgetown Inn...

We stayed here for our Wedding night in the Victoria Room and our Reception was held here as well. Unfortunately I will say I was less than pleased with the room and this place is becoming known for the less than stellar food. However I personally had no issue with the food, it was absolutely cooked to perfection and my...

Bear battered halibut or basa, id suggest the halibut but the basa is still verry good. And at a normal price. Great place for family freinds or business. I go there once or twice a month with work. And after a horrible experience at "Melissas missteak" in Banff where my girlfriend and I live and work as guides. We went...

The rooms are both beautiful and quaint and the service left nothing to be desired. One employee most definitely stood out above the rest. Mary was the first person we met at the front desk, and she topped off our stay by doubling as our server at the in house restaurant. The antique setting all throughout the hotel was the...

Great place, beautiful. Great ambiance. Meal was amazing. Will definitely stay again, A little pricey but we are in the mountains. The decor was interesting and brought back some memories. Elevator ride was interesting. Nice to be so close to downtown Canmore.

Very oldy worldy. English style! Lots of character. Comfy clean bed. Restaurant serves excellent English grub! Value for money. Service at the bar excellent. Ideally situated near town, walking distance. For something different in a hotel/inn, this has it.
