We stayed one night only. Room was very nice, clean, beds are comfortable. Location was very good, very close to the venue we had party. Breakfast was classic hotel breakfast, loved waffles made by myself on machines provided an butter made. Swimming pool is not to big but nice, especially for kids.
This is a new hotel that opened in April 2021. Rooms are well thought out and they probably the cleanest I’ve ever stayed at in my entire life. Kaitlyn at the front desk did a great job of ensuring we had the best stay. Book a room here, you definitely won’t be disappointed.
Stayed one night at the Hampton Inn - St Jacobs. Other than a minor computer issue checking in, it was a flawless stay. Nice larger room (suite) with a wet bar. Reasonably priced, clean rooms and a great staff. Complimentary breakfast was adequate. Will stay again.
Had been booked into another hotel in Kitchener for 3 nights over Christmas but had to leave after we found that there were bugs in one of the beds. I should have known better and just booked the Hampton! Slept on a relatives pullout after leaving late the night before Xmas eve. Called the Hampton Waterloo not wanting to be like Joseph and Mary and finding no room at the inn! When I called to see if they had anything left as it was Christmas and a nasty storm I was taken care of and told we could get a queen suite for only $7 more per night than the previous hotel. The room was fantastic! Spacious, clean, comfy beds with NO BUGS! We always enjoy a Hampton hot breakfast. The only thing I was unhappy with was that they had ran out of coffee and hot water in the lobby on Christmas morning when we were leaving to spend the morning with family. When we came back I noticed that the coffee was gone and waited a couple of minutes to ask the desk staff for a shower cap. YASMIN apologized for stepping away to replenish the coffee and hot water. She then told me that the coffee would be ready in about 10 mins. Yasmin realized when she had came in to work that the coffee was empty and took it upon herself to fix the issue. Other than that small thing our stay was great. The location is just off the highway which made getting back and forth over the weekend easy. There was a 3 day storm and the roads were terrible. We will definitely be staying there whenever we are in town and need a hotel. Hampton Inns are my favourite hotel when traveling with the family. They never disappoint. …
I'm a Hilton Diamond member and I'll likely stop using Hiltons when they implement the new "no breakfast" policy for Diamond members. The brekkie at Hamptons is mediocre at best and I wouldn't eat there if I had to pay for it.
Perfect location to all amenities and has everything needed; wifi for kids, pool, lots of exercise equipment for all individuals-yoga, free weights, running machines, stair machines, rowing machines, and total body machines.
Extremely nice hotel. The rooms are great very clean & comfortable. Staff were extremely helpful. They have a small restaurant & bar in the hotel and very close to other restaurants. Shopping at St Jacobs market is just a short drive.
My daughter and I had a most wonderful and surprisingly interesting stay at HAMPTON INN AND SUITES BY HILTON , WATERLOO ST JACOB'S ONTARIO. Besides the layout of the open concept Dining /bar area there were some private corners for study, computers, snacking. in this beautifully appointed brand new hotel. The best part was the considerate, kind and caring Staff the likes of which are rare in today's world. my daughter and I plan to go back soon. I highly recommend this new Hotel by Hilton,
I'm over the Hilton/Hampton low-end hotels, unless brand new...maybe. This place is old, worn, noisy. Our king room was so badly laid out, it's laughable. If you get out of bed on the tv side, you will slam into the tv and the cabinet, there's so little room. The bathroom is right beside the bed with no door to the sink area, only to the toilet and tub area. If you turn on the light, you will blind or wake the person who may be in bed sleeping. It was certainly not an inexpensive stay. Also I have to mention, the toilet tissue at this hotel is inhumane, who the heck is the buyer??? We did not stay for breakfast, we opted to eat at the market. This was our second terrible Hampton stay, the first being the Brantford "Conference Center". I will steer away from any low-end Hiltons from now on.…
Thanks for all your help and support, brilliant location ideal for farmers market. Easy to access from highway and great shopping around main market. Hotel has a lot of parking close by. Rooms clean and comfortable plenty of room plenty of electric sockets for charging phones and iPads.
