The hotel did not have bedding for our bed! They provided us with some sort of mattress protector in place of an actual comforter. Eventually they found two small blankets (filled with holes) that we could use. I've never stayed at a hotel (especially in the freezing winter) that could not supply bedding for their own beds.

Hotel's Favourite
We stayed for two nights in July and were very happy with our choice. The location is perfect to visit the factory outlets (next door) and the farmers market so close by. Our suite was perfect, the pool relaxing, the grounds well maintained, great service, and the breakfast offers a wide and tasty selection. We plan on returning in October for our second visit. Highly recommend.

we arrived first of all staff at the front desk was amazing, but had one remote control for 2 televisions went to the front desk gave us another one did not work. Breakfast was horrible, eggs were like rubber and the turkey sausage was tough, basically you were safe with toast or waffles, not impressed at all

My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel was spotless, the breakfast was terrific and the staff throughout the hotel were very helpful and friendly. The location is great - next to the outlet mall and Market plus a short distance from the Main Street.

Tried booking room on line, had to call the phone number on the site ,little did I know it goes through reservation counter.com. Went to check in room 2:55 p.m said room wasn’t ready when check in is at 3:00 p.m. Tv clinched nothing was ever done about it. 4th floor hallway was disgusting dirty towels outside of room doors not picked up. Never picked up the day we were leaving still on the floor. Garbage, recycle bin overflowing at the 4th floor elevator never emptied all the time we were there. Breakfast was terrible dried out everything must have been made way to soon and we were there at 8:00 am. We have stayed here before with no problems someone is dropping the ball.

We came here to stay while celebrating a wedding within 10km... we were greeted and checked in quickly the room we wished and got was a suite which had everything needed such as a full size fridge, cook top, dishwasher, table, living room bedroom, 2 tvs... it was comfy and enjoyed our stay... the only issue was that ( due to covid issues,) we had to leave our soiled towels at the door and they were to replace them with fresh clean ones.. but apparently they were low on staff and clean towels were hard to get which they apologized for , included in the rental was a continental breakfast which had a nice selection, ( bread, bagels, eggs sausages, juice, coffee, tea, etc).. when we left, we commented about a few lights that did not work ( not main lights just small lights at the bed and one table lamp plus the alarm clock ... but again no big deal... but something to comment on... we would return there if we come back into the area... lots of stores very close by if needed and right across from the st jacobs market.. they have a pool max depth 4 ft.. which I did not use as there were always kids in there having fun swimming. which was not a deal breaker., the AC in the rooms worked great with separate thermostats in bedroom and living room.…

We went the last weekend of August. Check in was good, lady at desk was very nice. Room was a king bed with a small kitchen and no tub. Pool key didn't work for anyone, and after reading prior reviews, it's been that way for awhile. Out tv didn't work. After phoning front desk, they said they would phone to get it fixed. We went for dinner and returned 2 hours later and still wasn't fixed. They claimed they couldn't do anything at that time and no managers were on duty that weekend. I can live without a tv but telling me no managers to talk to on a weekend when the market is open, I'm not buying. Otherwise a pleasant stay

After a bit of a mix up at check in and having to wait an hour for our room to be ready the Hotel overall was a very pleasant experience. Nice, clean room and a very comfy bed. Noise was very quiet for a Hotel that was fully booked and the staff always greeted us as we were leaving and returning from our trips to the market and the many shopping opportunities close by. Breakfast was very good and plentiful each morning and the coffee was top notch. The staff that put on the breakfast were pleasant and very attentive.

Customer service was awesome; we were given a warm greeting when we arrived and throughout our stay. We found that the staff were very helpful and hospitable. The room was perfect. The beds and the pillows were very comfortable. We thought that breakfast was excellent with a great selection. We loved the hot muffins and the waffles had so many great toppings (very tasty). We were so pleased with the coffee, it was excellent! Even the decor in the hotel was pleasing to the eye, lots of nature scenes. We had a great stay!
