We had a great experience here. The staff was fantastic and very accommodating! The breakfast was so good! There was a great variety of foods, but the best part was that you could make your own waffles! We will definitely be staying here again (when we are back in the area)! Highly recommended

This is a tale of two rooms. The first faced the highway and was very noisy. Also, the heating controls were in the unit. The lock on the door leading outside was broken, so had to rely on the locking bar. We asked to be moved due to the noise level. In the second room, the heating control in the thermostat and the lock worked perfectly. Not expensive and a good place to stay overnight, near everything and off the highway. Wouldn't stay there for a few days as a bit too small.

We visited recently for a hockey tournament . This is a small hotel with no pool. Rooms were clean with a coffee maker , mini fridge. The shower was OK but had some mould forming in the caulking around the tub. Not a big deal for me but some would not be happy. Lost power in our room and took a few min to figure out it was the GFCI in the bathroom. Yes that's right, the entire room is wired to one GFCI .. not good. The gym was very small, no TV. Only had 1 treadmill, 1 bike and 1 elliptical. A flat bench with a small selection of dumbells (10-30lbs). And 1 cable weight machine. Breakfast was included. Eggs were trerrible, tasted like powdered eggs. Sausage was also not great. Did have a waffle station that was OK and a good cereal selection. Coffee was not great but got the job done. Not a bad experience in general. It's a place to sleep when you in town for a tournament but if you're looking for something for kids to do this is not the hotel for you

We stay here because it is convenient when visiting family. However, this hotel has not improved over the years. Now, there is only 1 bedside table per room, not per bed, not sure why! Cleanliness is Ok but not amazing, but they are offering cleaning each day again now. The bathroom fan was noisy, but did not extract odours. We did report this, and clerk was interested and made a note. However the wash basin had a long black crack in it, which she ignored, when reported. Unfortunately, breakfast was very crowded, and when no table was available we were given a tray, and told to take our breakfast up to our room.. They used to open up another room, but would not do this. As a result, our cooked food was cold by the time we reached our room. It there was another hotel nearby that had a fridge and microwave, we would stay there instead!

Clean rooms with sliding patio door on first floor rooms. Nice feature to park right outside your room and great for loading/unloading. Room felt slighly small but great place to stay for a night or two. Friendly staff and good variety of breakfast options.

Decent hotel for our family. We had a room with 2 queens and a pull out couch. The room was clean. We were on the 2nd floor, and the window lock was broken with no screen. I put a wooden hanger in the window so it could not be slid open. The hotel staff were kind and polite. A lot of teens staying here , baseball team I think. I get the feel a lot of travel sport teams would stay here. I’d stay again if in the area.

I've stayed here many time because I have family in the area. Usually a decent spot. This time the lock to my sliding door was broken - I requested 5 times to be repaired and it was never fixed. The door opens right to the parking lot and is a major safety concern.

Dated and run down. Hotel staff tried to scam me on the price of the room despite my confirmation quoting a lower rate and then waited for me to check in and called me at 10:30 pm to tell me my rate was not being honoured. Spend the extra $20 and stay somewhere nicer because they’re going to try to charge you more anyhow.

My stay at the Quality Inn was pretty good. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable & the free breakfast was adequate to get the day started. My only negative is that my room was facing the adjacent highway & while the room was reasonably quiet there was definitely a constant sound of traffic outside. For the price I paid it was fine for a night.
