A contemporary boutique hotel that is very comfortable. Lobby is small and there are not many good views but the décor is beautiful. The restaurant is very good. The bar looks nice but I did not use it.

Staying here for Volleyball Provincials at RIM Park. Beautiful hotel with stunning decor. All the staff are fabulous, particularly marcel! Can text them anytime with a request as we had to when we realized we forgot toothpaste and 1 toothbrush. Would stay again anytime.

This facility is a newly renovated historical building in downtown Kitchener. Lots of attention to detail. Staff were courteous, helpful and professional. One of my good friends invited me to The Walper for a girls weekend away. WOW! I was so impressed by this boutique hotel in Kitchener. They pay attention to the details... everything from the pour over coffee station in the bedroom to the ahhhmazing front desk staff. LOVE. I can't wait to return!!

I was in town to visit my brother and treated myself to a stay at the Walper. It is a beautiful hotel that have been freshly renovated. It is also nice and quiet and clean.
