We stayed for one night on a visit to Waterloo in the room with a king bed and private bathroom. Awesome room, with very comfortable bed and expansive bath with gorgeous soaker tub. Breakfast in the morning was delicious with seconds available. Highly recommend this BnB

My husband and I were recently in Ketchener overnight and stayed at the Frederick Street Inn. We were very pleasantly surprised at this accomodation. The house is a great old home that has been restored beautifully and our room was lovely. We had a king size bed that was very comfortable and the on suite bathroom was huge and decorated...

Barb & I travel globally staying at very fine properties. We think the Frederick Street Inn is one such property and truly a fantastic option to a hotel stay. Our Bastedo suite was super clean & comfortable. With breakfast and great conversation included, the value here will be very hard to meet in the mainstream hotels of this area. Thank you...

I stayed 15 nights at the inn frederick. It was wonderful! I slept very well and ate great breakfast! Staying in this charming house was an unforgettable experience! I slept in three different rooms and all were very good! The beds are incredible! The best room is the Bricker Suite, where you can see the street! It is very well...

The B&B is located downtown Kitchener, a 15-minute ride to University of Wterloo. It is very clean and comfy, almost home like. The hostess prepares nice breakfast and the host offers nice service in the morning. I enjoy the petty talk over breakfast as well. The only thing that makes me uncomfortable, is that they made my room anyways even...

Hello and thanks for your comments. I am so happy that you enjoyed breakfast. Yes, it is the best time at a Bed and Breakfast as the conversations depends on who is in the house. So, sorry for going into your room when you wished us not to. Your comments are duly noted, and I will share the comments with...

I chose Frederick Street Inn for its close proximity to a Google education conference I attended in April, and I loved the historical aspect of the home. Since the conference stretched over two days from very early in the morning to late at night, the innkeeper was able to set everything up so that I could quietly slip in and...

I have always stayed at a hotel when I am in Kitchener for business. The hotel I wanted to stay in was booked and by chance I found the Frederick Street Inn due to its close proximity to downtown Kitchener. What a delight! My room was very comfortable and I had a refreshing nights sleep. There is so much charm...

There is warmth and charm all wrapped in a good downtown location and history. I really appreciated the drop off at the train station, a very comfortable bed, air conditioning and having breakfast with the rest of the visitors. The common room allowed me to be up early, make a coffee and sit on the front steps to enjoy the...

On January 1st we dropped our son off in Waterloo. I wanted to spend a night in a cozy place with my husband because if you are a Mom (or Dad) saying goodbye to your child for the first time when they leave home it is very hard. I just was not in the mood for a cold hotel and...
