What a lovely stay we had at Beild House. From the time we arrived until we left, the staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The inn was interesting with family history and collectables and our room was lovely, fresh, and airy. The bed was really comfortable and we both had a marvellous sleep. The included breakfasts were...

A charming century home filled with history and love. My husband and I started with spa treatments, (the BEST massage I have ever had! And a lovely pedi) to start off our romantic weekend. Later we had dinner at a fantastic restaurant within walking distance (there were lots), which the owner was kind enough to let us know about in...

We stayed at the Beild House for a week-end. The staff were friendly and always helpful. The inn was close to all amenities, yet on a quiet street so there was no noise. We had a wonderful time. We loved the afternoon tea that they put on, it was a nice treat. We would recommend the Beild House to others....

This is Collingwood's best kept secret and shouldn't be. Even on Tripadvisor it is only listed as an Inn and not a restaurant. You make reservations and then have to make your dinner selection online up to 24 hours in advance. You choose the appetizer, main course and dessert. They are not licensed, so you bring your own drinks and...

We stayed at the Beild house for one night. The house is super cute, lots of character and the employees are very nice. The decor is pretty creepy and over crowded, the beds are not comfortable, washroom in the 2 bedroom suite is dated and the taps were so old they looked stained. No tub, just a stand up shower....

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Beildhouse. The food was excellent prepared by a gourmet chef. Interesting conversation with some new friends at dinner. Within ten minutes of being at the Scandinave Spa, we quickly melted away unwanted stress from the city life. Stephanie made every effort to ensure for a comfortable stay, and catering to our every desire...

I REALLY wish TripAdvisor had 1/2 stars as I want to give this 2.5. First of all, let me say that I'm not a seasoned B&B traveller, and it is not my comfort level for accommodations. I'd take a generic impersonal chain ANY DAY as I know what to expect there. So I am just going to rate this on...

This was our first visit to Collingwood and Beild House and we found them both to be charming and quaint. We wanted to be in town and avoid the faceless, characterless Hotels that seem to always be on the outskirts of towns in Canada. Beild House is perfectly located in the centre of a gem of a town and being...

We had an unexpected escape to Collingwood to go to the Scandinave Spa to distress ourselves but when we arrived in Collingwood on the Saturday we were disappointed to find out EVERY HOTEL was booked. When I called the Beild House Inn I spoke to Stephanie who was sorry to tell me that she was booked also but had room...
