The room was spacious and pleasant, the house was immaculately clean and comfortable--but mostly, Janice and Donnie, the owners, are wonderful company and were invaluable with advice on what to see and how to get there in Nova Scotia. And then there was the breakfast: simply the best breakfast we have ever had, anywhere. For us, this is a B&B...

We stayed at five B&B’s on our recent trip to Nova Scotia and Janice and Donnie were our friendliest hosts. Breakfast was delicious, and the cheesecake they offered the evening we arrived looked delicious, but we were too full from dinner to try it. Our room was spacious and comfortable and having the private bath across the hall wasn’t a...

A great place to end our trip to Canada. Our rooms were lovely and the breakfast delicious. Our hosts were very friendly and provided great recommendations for places to eat and evening activities before we headed to the airport the next morning.

We stayed here for three nights while in town for a wedding. Janice & Donnie went out of their way as hosts. I have never eaten breakfast in such elegance. Food is amazing, room was unique and cozy and the bed was very comfortable. I read one of the reviews about the street noise. No such thing, just a car...

There were four of us staying at Eagle's Landing, and non could find fault. We enjoyed the surroundings - had a good nights sleep - and were well set for the day after being served and enjoying such an excellent breakfast. Toby and Janice were great hosts.

Janice and Donnie were fantastic. The breakfasts were delicious and we did not need to eat until the evening meal. We stayed here 3 nights and enjoyed every minute. They recommended restaurants and side-trips. Janice and Donnie were very friendly and helpful (many laughs were shared). Karen and Bob Chandler, AZ USA

We were celebrating our 45th wedding anniversary and were directed to this particular B&B by the info desk at the highway welcome station. Got the directions easily and found the place with no trouble. Donnie and Janice Tobin were the best hosts! Welcomed us, made us feel at home and pointed out a great place to eat for the evening....

Other than the dolls and pictures, I think this is a great B&B. Hosts are very informative and funny. The breakfast was awesome! And I love the bathroom, it's so spacious! I had to agree with Victoriagrl that it was a bit loud when the window is open. Some trucks went by in the night and I can hear it....

We stayed one night at the Eagles Landing in Truro. The hosts, Janice & Don, were most pleasant and very friendly. We stayed at the ensuite with its own bathroom and shower. The room was quite large and clean. Wireless internet is good. We had the most delicious breakfast. The nightly rate is fairly reasonanble. Milan from Calgary, AB
