My wife and I had a WONDERFUL stay at Shangri La Cottages. They call them cottages but they are like a modern, clean, comfortable, incredibly well stocked luxury home!!! We were delighted at the accomodations. The cottages are SPACIOUS and so well appointed with luxurious towels, wonderful shower and bathroom, well equipped kitchen... just EVERYTHING was toprate. The owners were...

Shangri-La cottages are well-appointed, comfortable and have the best scenery on the Noel Shore! Falling asleep in cozy beds to the rhythm of the waves ensures a great night's rest. Million dollar sunsets and a quiet walk will rejuvenate your soul.

Wow, Highly Highly recommend. The are beautifully furnished, comfortable, radiant floor heat, brand new........wish we were staying longer. Look out over Bay of Fundy, historic lighthouse next door. Best Cottage we have rented ever.

Staying at Shangri-La was the best decision I could have made. From the moment we opened the door to the impeccable cottage, we knew this was different from any place we had been. I always pack my own can opener (it's a high-end brand), but there it was in the drawer- the same one I brought! And the baking tray,...

I found the Shangri-La Cottages because I was flipping through online pictures of the best places to watch the 40-foot tide change in Nova Scotia. Burncoat (or Burntcoat) Head Park is probably the best, and the Shangri-La Cottages popped up in one of the pictures of the park. The cottages sit on the cliff overlooking the water and the park...

My fiancé and I had an amazing two night stay at the cottages. The cottages are kept immaculately clean and the bed was so so comfortable. The hospitality from the owners was wonderful and we had fun talking with them. They also set us up with a wonderful tour of Burntcoat Park with one of their friends. However, nothing beats...

This is our favourite stop in all of Nova Scotia! The view of the Bay of Fundy is spectacular and exploring Burntcoat Head Park was so much fun. We went specifically to see the significance in the low/high tides and we weren't disappointed. Our hosts were so helpful but not intrusive. We look forward to returning some day in the...

We had a wonderful time at the cottages. Very clean, spacious, and never have been to a cottage that was that well stocked. Cooking utensils, bedding, towels, everything sparkling clean, full size frig and stove. And the owners are treated us like family. Great place to stay.
