We booked one of the cabins for a couple of nights from seeing a picture while researching our trip. So glad we did! Blake and Nancy are terrific, accommodating hosts who clearly take pride in the cabins they have put up for rent. The view is magnificent, the location is steps away from the park and the cabin and amenities...

The cottage is very, very nice inside. It has everything that you need. It's your home away from home. We went when the weather was still cold so the beach walk was a bit rough but when the weather is warmer, we want to go back. I totally recommend this as a great place to getaway with your significant other...

The three cottages here are equipped for comfort. The view cannot be described. They are fairly isolated and very quiet. At the park beside the cottages is a lighthouse and the ocean...the night sky is beautiful.

This is a terrific place to go to stay overnight (or more) and walk to the lighthouse/museum and take a guided tour of the bay at low tide. Very peaceful location and friendly husband and wife owners. Very comfortable cottages. Make sure to go food shopping on the way -- grocery store is not close by.

We picked this cottage to see the exceptional changes in the tides - the world's largest tidal bore is in this area! We could walk out of the back door and walk on the ocean floor when the tides were out. The 2 BR 1 bath cottage was exceptionally clean, spacious and well kept with all of the necessary hardware...

A truly special place with almost surreal views! Very peaceful and private setting and located adjacent to Burntcoat Head Provincial Park that has a staircase leading to the tidal basin. To get down from the plateau to the ocean floor is not as easy as it looks in the pictures, I definitely had the wrong shoes to feel comfortable for...

We only had the opportunity to stay one night, but just loved our stay in Cottage #2, with it's view of the tidal basin. The cottage was just immaculate with very comfortable beds, crisp white linens, and a well stocked kitchen. Wi-fi worked well. Just an all around perfect place. It's quiet, not much to do in the area, but...

We done alot of searching to find a peaceful getaway for some Rest & Relaxation at the end of our busy vacation. We couldn't believe how lucky we were to happen upon this place. Quiet, charming and beautiful grounds, and the cottages were very clean and accomodating. We didn't get to enjoy a firey red sunset as we had hoped.....so...

We just returned form Shangri-La Cottages and miss it already! The cottages are impeccable - beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and incredibly comfortable. We grilled every night on our private grill and easily made lovely meals in the roomy kitchen, and dined on our porch watching the sun set., They are a few minutes' stroll from Burntcoat Head Park where you...

Nancy greeted us with a warm and friendly smile and welcomed us to Shangri-La Cottages. She answered all our questions about activities and the area and of course the Tides. The cottage was perfect! Everything you could every need it was equipped with. The view was gorgeous. Clean, spacious and in pristine condition.Super close to the Tides at the Park...
