I am lost for words. What an amazing guest house to stay in. Jane is a wonderful host. Gave us so much information on the surrounding area and gave us tips on places to visit. The house is situated on the water front. We stayed in the top room of the house and the view was brilliant. There are tea/coffee...

This place is what makes travelling worth while. Absolutely brilliant great location, lovely rooms, wonderful host Jane. The breakfast is worth the trip alone. Each day something different. Day 1 Mushroom and Gouda omelettes, day 2 French toast with blueberry maple syrup, bacon and cream, Day 3 chews soufflés. All starting with fresh fruit, yogurt, coffee tea and juice. With...

I stayed here with family on my first visit to Cape Breton and I do not regret my decision at all. Jane is a great host and even though it was the slow tourist season, she provided a few wonderful suggestions for our short trip. The home is immaculate with well-appointed, spacious rooms. There is a beautiful view of the...

Jane has four rooms that she rents out in her beautiful home on the water in North Sydney. There is something unique and interesting to look at every time you turn around! We stayed in the west wing, and our room was spacious, with a private bathroom across the hall (Jane is in the process of adding an ensuite bathroom...

This B & B has a great view of the bay on Cape Breton Island. The hostess is very knowledgable about the area and even made dinner reservations on our behalf at a great seafood restaurant about 3 blocks from the lodging. The inn is best, clean, beautifully furnished and the breakfast is fresh, delicious, and homemade. The rate was...

We stayed for 3 nights and used it as a jumping off point to discover northern Cape Bretton and found it to to be well suited for that task. The B & B itself is a warm place to stay, the rooms are wonderfully appointed and beautifully decorated. It overlooks the bay and features meticulously maintained gardens that invite you...
