The front desk lady was rude to both my sister and my husband. She wasn't very "polite customer service" type. The wifi is super slow. No hd tv all the channels were blurry. Pros: Comfy beds Awesome pool with water slide

We have stayed at this hotel several times, and the overall service seems to be going downhill. At check in the front desk person was not very friendly, or welcoming. At check out a different front desk agent was working, and again, not friendly. Breakfast at this hotel really isn't worth the time, better off going somewhere else to eat,...

We made a spontaneous overnight trip to Whistler right before xmas, but could not justify spending almost $1000 to stay in an available hotel room in Whistle,r so decided to spend the night in Squamish instead and return to ski Whistler the next day. The Sandman was convenient (35 mins from Whistler Village), very reasonably priced and with excellent beds....

Stayed at the Sandman as it was a short drive to Squamish hospital. Could walk to Tim Hortons & a Super Walmart. Very nice hotel. Clean, large spacious rooms. We were even able to get Pet friendly rooms which helped. Bonus was being able to take part in the Lucky 13 program. We ended up staying a total of 11...

The room was actually quite nice, Pretty new, and comfortable bed. There is a fridge and a small microwave and coffee maker. A continental breakfast is also...

I really don't like leaving a negative review at a place I have stayed at, because I spend ages picking accommodation that suit our needs. But after driving some 6 hours to reach the Sandman Hotel, we were greeted by an obviously grumpy and disgruntled member of staff at reception. After waiting sometime to finally get our room key sorted...

Stayed here for 1 night. The room we were given was the handicap accessible room, but was comfortable and clean. The bed was comfy and room was quiet during the night. The breakfast was decent with pastries, fruit, yogurt, boiled eggs, etc. Would stay again.

I contacted the Sandman Hotel as a group of us were golfing at Furry Creek for tournament and rather than get an early start from the city decided to stay in Squamish. I contacted the Hotel where they gave us a great rate which included breakfast and wifi. For anyone who wanted to book a room all they need to...

The hotel was very clean and visually nice. The pool/slide/hot tub were great. The breakfast was an ok/good selection and eating room was nice and big. We had bad sleeps. We can't figure out if it was the mattress or pillows that weren't comfy but leaning towards the pillows. We both didn't get a good sleep the two nights we...
