We stayed here about a year ago 2014. I thought I had done the review but.... Anyway we were only able to stay here for a night but it was wonderful. The rooms are nice and they have a small balcony that we used to sit and look at the view and people watch. The staff was great and we...

This was last stop from touring Vancouver Island for over a week. No disappointment here! Gorgeous setting on bay with park and waterfront walkway. The room was superb suite, corner with full living/dining/bedroom/2 bathrooms/fireplace/deck....outstanding!!! It was fun to walk downtown, the marinas, and park areas. Loved how clean the hotel and town was! Wished we had more time to stay...

Beautifully created with thoughtful attention to detail, the designer of this hotel obviously has loads of hotel design experience. The rooms are large with excellent appointments and amenities. Views are spectacular on a clear day and the location at the end of the main downtown street makes access to the rest of the town easy. Dee, on the front desk...

We arrived early and were able to have our room right away. What a huge treat!! We had to change and dress for an afternoon wedding. We slept like babies that night and the room was spotless, quiet, and very attractive,,, We had time for a short walk on the path along the water. It was just what was needed...

My wife had to go to the hospital on the morning that we checked out and even though we had checked out Andrew and Liam drove me to the hospital to see my wife and later drove me to the airport to get a rental car. Amazing extra service, thank you, we will be back. The extra large rooms and...

My sister lives just outside of Sidney so my family and I stay at this hotel about twice a year and have for the past five years. Last week's visit was not quite as perfect as usual. We had a connecting suite. Unfortunately our A/C was not working. It was very hot at night. Then on our second night we...

We loved this hotel! The service was exemplary and friendly. The location couldn't be better, overlooking the waterfront and Beacon Park with modern bandstand, and Mt Baker across the water. Our room had sliding doors that opened onto the view, but no balcony. The room was modern, a nice size, TV, fridge, sofa, etc. There also was a safe. WiFi...

Thank you much for your review. It is very nice to hear you enjoyed your stay with us. Your feedback on the stopper for the sink is well-taken, as is your point around the toilet seat lids. We tried to source lids shortly after the hotel opened (the toilets are European), but they were not manufactured to have one, and...

This waterfront hotel is on the face of it a fairly simple modern family hotel. However it is more than that. The rooms are huge (we had a sea view suite) with amazing facilities. The suite had a fully equipped kitchen, and a gas open-hearth fire for example. Service was excellent and the staff were all very efficient and friendly....

Beautiful hotel and a great community. Everyone at the hotel and in the community were very friendly. The room is nice, modern, clean and comfortable. Free wifi but tricky reception at times. Although the rooms are spacious, the room design is cheap, no soap bar is provided, noisy water system is evident as you can hear rooms flush, lack of usb chargers and minimal decor. Staff very friendly and location is lovely. Reasonable parking rate of $5.00 per night. Quick drive to the airport making Sidney a good stopover.
