Beautiful setting, and that's the only nice thing I have to say. Check in time is 4 p.m, we arrived at 3:20 and stood there for 5 minutes before a staff member came out. We were told our room wasn't quite ready, so I told the front desk lady we would be back at 4, and she responded by saying...

We stayed here and had good time. Had large 12 person cabin.it was comfortable, a bit rustic and that is what we expected. We had good service and everything we needed. It is right next to the trail. Gas and shop with great help. I can't contain about anything. I will stay here again.

You can definitely tell that this little resort is a snowmobilers heaven! We stayed here as a stop over as we travelled through BC on a road trip. Staff are really nice and helpful, and he grounds are quiet nice too. Very peaceful and quaint atmosphere. The cabins are a little tired looking but I suppose you could say it...

Lovely scenery and buildings! Some updates such as carpeting and entryway would be beneficial. Staff was kind but seemed new and couldn't answer questions without consulting supervisor also didn't greet us when we came in behind a couple he was taking care of. Would return but be even more happy to with the updates!

The room was big and clean, as was the bathroom. Everything was a little outdated, though. The view was beautiful. Breakfast was poor. The glasses were dirty. Dinner was not available at the time we stayed here.

Thanks for your review, we are slowly updating the rooms etc... as time permits. Dinner is not always available in the low seasons - generally 3 days per week (Thursday thru to Sunday), but is 7 days per week from mid June through to mid September.

It is a little bit out of town up near the hydro dam wall but so quiet and the staff so helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good and we saw bears in and around the complex. Absolute bonus! Value for your money and Dwayne was so positive about the venue and where to go to see the highlights of a...

A nice little place that's easy to find with gps. Friendly staff. Nice rooms. Front building parking. Took a little work to get into our room but once we figured it out, it was no issue. The view from our room was impeccable. They have an in-house restaurant but we were too tired for dinner so we swam in the...

We stayed in Cabin107 over Easter weekend with a group of friends to sled. We have stayed here, at this exact same cabin, before years ago (with the previous owners) and at many of the cabins on site and have had great experiences and great service. Don't get me wrong, it is a fantastic place to stay when you sled...

Thank you for your detailed feedback, as it is greatly appreciated. In reply to some of the issues, in regards to the fireplace I am not sure as to why I was not contacted either as I will always come out and fix these issues when notified - and this has been addressed with the Front Desk agents. The other...

Have taken 20 customers out to the Glacier house for two years in a row. They have done a great job with looking after us and making sure we were in good hands.
