At the end of the day you're paying a budget price, the hostel was clean and tidy, not too hot or too cold. Staff were helpful and no issues with the room. An extra bathroom may have been handy. The quiet time is 11pm however we were awoken a few times due to others laughing and being noisy so this...

Pretty normal hostel. The bathroom was super busy at night and in the morning. They were out of backdoor keys for us, but as lots of people would socialize in the backyard in the evening it was never a problem.

Pros - Great location, aquatic center passes, clean, friendly staff and guests. Cons - I booked a private room and asked about the bed. I was told we would receive a queen bed. Instead our room had a bunk bed. Our room was in the basement next to the common area and the TV was mounted on the other side...

We rented a private room in the hostel over the holidays. Great location and friendly staff. The room was OK but not worth the price. The door is glass and right next to the front desk so you can basically hear everything going on in the hostel at all times. The kitchen has no door so it smells like food...

We payed the cheapest in town and tried not to have great expectations. If you don't mind staying in a dirty place then it will be good for you. We think this is always the result when they pay cleaning staff by letting them stay at reduced rate. They don't have any pride in their task. There wasn't garbage littering...

I like this place! This hostel is special. Since it was a former church it's a very old building with it's own atmosphere... They have just a little parking lot behind the house. Drying your clothes in your own room can be annoying during a longer stay with lots of powder. Even though there is a warmed ski locker. You...

I am usually very happy with the hostels that I visit but this one was terrible! Water leaking from the walls of the room, really cold during the night (10 degrees or less), some of the staff are arrogant and not pleased to have guests. If you make noise after 11 pm they charge you 250$ watch out! Just try...

This little hostel is nice and close to everything in downtown and is very well priced. The staff are friendly and helpful and went out of their way to help i.e. we needed to borrow a hairdryer and one of the staff lent us hers. The building is split into two levels, each with a kitchen and common area which...

I stayed at the samesun Revelstoke for 7 nights while on a ski trip, first impressions of the place were good, the staff were friendly and helpful, they offered free shuttle passes for going to and from the ski resort and aquatic centre passes. The overall place seemed clean and tidy, there was a decent TV room and common room...
