This used to be a Best Western Inn, It is still very clean with rooms being kept in very good condition.
Fridge, microwave and coffee maker in the room. Flat screen tv and we had a king room which had one office chair and 2 arm chairs, they had a power bar on the desk to plug your chargers into. Free breakfast is very good with bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs, toast, cereal, yogurt, waffles, a few more things and real plates and cutlery.
Front desk staff were very polite. We will stay here again.

Just came back from a four day vacation. Location of hotel is perfect as it is located close to the beach(
Within walking distance) and located at the end of the downtown strip where there are an abundance of interesting stores such as the bakery candy store, red apple. You can literally walk to get groceries or anything you would need during your stay at this hotel. The only thing that needs to be done is room updating. In saying that the rooms are fine they are just in need of a renovation! It looks like on the first floor the main they are renovated at least in the hallway so assuming those are all redone. If that is important to you perhaps ask when checking in to see if they are renovated.

This was our 2nd visit to this hotel in a few years. Was sad to learn that it is no longer a Best Western hotel so no points or complimentary breakfast. Be aware that the amenities are still lacking, post COVID. There is NO housekeeping service provided during your stay, you must ask for any supplies at the front desk. The gym/spa room is closed, the attached breakfast restaurant and Ullr Pub across the street are only open Thursday - Sun, the attached Copper Saloon is also closed. The only other pub within walking distance is The Station which was extremely busy and had long line ups. The Birchwood Restaurant across the street is also very busy, has great food but is pricey ($17 for a large glass of wine).

Room was clean and about what you expect for the price per night. Bathroom could use a little better cleaning and the arrangement of the bathroom is VERY cramped. We're a family of 3 (2 adults, 1 child) and it was completely manageable though. Bedding was clean, but our one complaint is that the pillows are >12" thick. They were SO fluffy and small that they were hard to sleep on. We didn't use the TV.
Customer service upon arrival was a bit off-putting. I think it was mostly because of the plastic desk partition but she was SHOUTING constantly and wouldn't let us get a word in. She originally had the wrong name pulled up so she had us for a 1 night stay instead of 2. It was frustrating trying to get a word in and explain that she had the wrong name pulled up. Finally I just had to show her the booking on my phone so she would stop and read it. After that, all was good. We did have a few really weird run-ins where she kept shouting "BOO" at our daughter and stare at her really intently whenever she saw us in the foyer. This was clearly scaring our daughter and we didn't really understand the reasoning for it.
Overall, our stay was great. We spent very minimal time in our room. Location is great as its right in town but we still ended up driving to most things because everything in town was closed by the time we got back to our hotel each night. It was really convenient for breakfast/coffee though with the bakery across the street and the restaurant next to the hotel is AMAZING.

The room and bathroom was good quality and clean.
The air conditioner sounds like an airplane taking off when it starts up.
The lobby coffee was very watered down and the coffee in the room is very cheap.
Slow cable box was the only option to watch tv. Room should have chromecast.

great location, near Ullr bar, 20 minutes to the hill and heli ski operations, way more cost effective than on hill accommodations. there was a kids hockey tournament so the pool was busy, but not a big deal for me. great parking too.

I thought our stay was great value for money. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable ( we got a king bed), and it was very quiet. There is a small window that opens to get fresh air. The hotel is right around the corner from a fairly good restaurant, and across the street from a bakery. Check out was fast. The check in was a tiny bit slow, but I think it was the computer system. Minor quibble: the floor lamp switch was broken; we let the front desk know. Wifi worked well, lots of accessible power plugs for charging devices. Nice to have the coffee maker and fridge.

No amenities for the high nightly charge. Just a basic room for a price one would pay for a higher end hotel in a small city. The area around Invermere is a tourist mecca which your property is taking advantage off with high prices for little to no value. It is not enough in this day and age to strive to be as good as the rest; you need to strive to provide better value for a more reasonable cost.

Not a full return of money value. Outside pictures look good on website but hotel rooms need some renovations to give it a new elegant look. Friendly first desk staff. Janitor services mist be available upon guest request instead of 3 day or after check out.

We stayed here two nights and found it quite pleasant. The room was comfortable and reasonably well lit for reading. No breakfast was provided but coffee was provided in the in-house restaurant.
It was convenient to hiking and dining and we particularly liked the fact that it was at the end of town, near the lake, so traffic noise was never an issue.
On our list should we return this way.
