Last stay was October 2015, but calendar won't go back further and you can't manually enter it. We've stayed here many times and will stay nowhere else in cranbrook if it can be helped. The rooms are very nicely done, heated floor in bathrooms, and the most comfy beds! The price is great and Rachel and George are awesome hosts!

We stayed here in September en route to Christina Lake and were very impressed by the beautifully appointed rooms and warm welcome. Some noise from an adjoining room awoke us in the night; when I mentioned this at check out we were offered a complimentary room during our next visit to Cranbrook. Hard to beat that level of customer service.

An all-round very good stay. The rooms were spotlessly clean, with comfortable beds and the staff were uniformly friendly and helpful. Our kitchenette was perfectly adequate for our breakfasts. Although the hotel’s a little outside the main town, this meant that things were quieter and the taxis we used when eating out were prompt, reliable and easy to order, even... More

What a perfect place to stay! My husband and I stayed for 1 night (Wed). We got a room in the new building that just opened this spring and wow; was it nice! The attention to detail was such a breath of fresh air! Heated tile floors in the bathroom, shampoo and conditioner, phenomenal bed and linens, ALL the finishes... More

My partner and I visited Elizabeth Lake Lodge when we were doing work in the Cranbrook area. We need a kitchenette when we are on the road because we need to make lunches and I like to save money by bringing premade dinners. We were in an executive king room that has a kitchen. It was actually the little details... More

Our group stayed at Elizabeth Lake Lodge on Wednesday September 14th as a part of our annual event. Upon arrival, the rooms were all ready as per the rooming list, and we each received the customary escort to our room with a tour and selection of fine chocolate. Owners of this property take immense pride in their hotel, and the... More

Aesthetically pleasing, like a little bit of Austria - plus a perpetually congenial host family! The outside walls have nature murals. Even the parking place lines are whimsically painted! A mini-golf course has a fun frontier theme. And the rooms themselves are immaculate!

I would recommend to everyone staying in Cranbrook. Super clean rooms, heated floors, heated towel racks ,comfortable beds ,chocolates and fresh flowers, most friendly hosts. We were treated like we were family. I'll be back.

Honestly, I have trouble understanding the business model for this motel. The price is reasonable, and you walk into the room and it's furnished better than your house. Our room had what must be a $2000 chair. Seriously. And it didn't stop there - beds, kitchenette with top notch appliances and cookware, even goat milk soap in the bathroom. My... More

Definitely recommend staying here, service was awesome, beds are awesome, rooms are big, very clean and well kept, great view to forest and walking paths. It was nice to have a little kitchen with fridge and mini stove and the bathroom had heated slab floor. Even has mini golf. Only issue is walls are thin so could hear people talking... More
