This small hotel is full of surprises. The first is found at the front desk when you meet George and Rachel and they carry your bags to your room and give you a great chocolate bar. Then you are amazed at the in floor heat in the bathroom and great linen and THE most comfortable bed. We came for hockey...

First of all, this motel is cleaner than Holiday Inns which I think are very clean and the quietest of all motels. Second, The deco of the the room is quite new and well maintained. I think the hosts are perfectionists because everything is perfect. As a perfectionist myself, I can't find any fault in this motel as well as...

My husband and I stayed here over Christmas and just wanted to write a review as we totally enjoyed ourselves. Right from the warm welcome complete with imported chocolate, we found our room to exceed our expectations. The room was immaculate, very inviting, the heated floors were a plus on a cold day and the kitchen had everything we needed...

We were travelling by car to family two days before Christmas and Cranbrook is in the middle of our journey. We called while a few hours out to ask about availability and when we showed up it was showing and the owner came outside in the snow to welcome us by name. The room itself was lovely and warm and...

Customer service is unbeatable! From dishes for the dog, bed and towels to wipe his feet. We got snow and much to our surprise they brushed our vehicle for us. Chocolates upon arrival to hand made soaps in the room! You couldn't ask for better.

We booked a hotel room for two nights. We were taking the greyhound bus in from Edmonton and were two hours last closing. Yet the owner stayed open for us. He even shovelled the parking lot for us. Upon arrival in the room he gave us a variety of forgiven chocolate bars to choose from and it was delicious. He...

Upon arriving, the owners were more then happy to show us around and give us a warm welcome. It felt more like a private rental then a hotel. They couldn't have been any nicer. I would recommend this hotel to anyone going through Cranbrook. Also, the mini-golf is a MUST. There has been a lot of detail and effort put...

We happened upon this lovely property while driving from Ontario to Vancouver Island and lucky for us! This property is spotlessly clean, top of the line linens, first class European beds, kitchen is cute and with granite counter tops and very functional for our needs. There was a real orchid plant on the kitchen table! The owner is exceptionally accommodating....

This Lodge is set on the edge of a conservation area. So almost all the rooms have a view of the trees, grasses and water. The two buildings of this hotel are attractively designed. We stayed on the second floor so the outlook to the conservation area was excellent. Very well crafted furniture, well above the usual hotel standard. All...
