Mouldy bathroom, BIG screen TV haha, ancient couch and a kitchenette, seriously. Scared to go to bed. The sound of air brakes is music to my ears. Sleep...not happening. Never mind that you can only get one channel.

The motel is clean . Beds are comfy . Has cable TV . Air con. Tea and coffee .. Bring your own milk as they don't have any in fridge. Staff are friendly and helpful. When we arrived we had no hot water . It wasn't long before they fixed the problem and was very apologetic. It has a few...

The owners don't bother with upgrades. Hard to get hot water out the bath, lukewarm for shower, and visible mold. Internet is spotty and you have to ask them to turn it on, which they do if they get around to it. You are right on Highway 3 so you hear big trucks and their engine breaks all night long!

My family (2 adults and 1 teenager) were looking for an inexpensive place to spend the night in Castlegar and this fit the bill perfectly! We were in room 106. Big bathroom, 2 queens beds, air conditioner, and little kitchenette with hot plate. It was nice to have the option of making our own food. It was easy to get...

This was definitely an outdated motel that charged more than it's worth...ants were all over out room and the walls were peeling, mouldy and "soft" in the bathroom. However they had dog friendly rooms available and we arrived late at night which is why we stayed and the receptionist was incredibly friendly and easy going. Our room said no pets...

My husband checked into a kitchenette unit for a week. What a joke the room was about 6 x 8 with a bed, 2 burner stovetop and only one burner worked. Not a coffee cup to be found. Had to eat dinner on his lap as there was no place to set the plate down. One small pot, no lid....

We are a family of 6 who stayed in room 218 (kitchen suite) for two nights. Never again. The place is very old and not well maintained. The beds, furniture, and dishes looked and felt like they were cast-aways from a salvage center. The floor was not level so we felt off balance walking down the hall. The old TV...

Everything is old but the room was clean.. Beds are not comfortable, old and flabby. The owner has not been able to tell us any restaurant in...

Room was clean and accommodating for the price. Although located on a highway, it was not noisy during the night. It is in a good location for getting into town and restaurants. The staff including the dog are very welcoming.
