I have stayed at this hotel several times. I have enjoyed it. It is easy to get to. It is right beside Metrotown Mall - has most of the good stores in it. The sky train station is right across the street so it makes it a perfect lower cost place to stay. You can catch the train right into...

We stayed for 5 nights at the hotel whilst in Vancouver for work and to watch the Rugby 7’s tournament. Check in was efficient and friendly. It is short walk round to quite a few varied restaurants and bars. Inside the shopping mall from floor 2 of the hotel there is Neptune Sports bar and restaurant which we found very...

We just needed a place for one night. I asked for a room away from the Skytrain and our room was also away from the elevator. So lovely, clean and quiet, comfortable beds, everything worked well, and a pretty good breakfast in the morning. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. No complaints, and we would stay here...

This hotel has everything a traveller needs: great location (close to sky train, mall, restaurants, T&T supermarket), great service, and comfortable room to stay. It was my first visit to Vancouver and the front office staff (especially Myra) was very helpful in giving me information and directions. They were very respectful to each and every patron. Kudos!

We stayed 3 nights while shopping in Vancouver. Breakfast was very good, the room was spacious and clean. I was impressed with the quality of this hotel as we had stayed in a number of more expensive hotels that were not as good. On the negative: it was a little noisy because of the construction across the street

Hello reallyhungryguy, We really appreciate your comments. Our location is definitely very convenient. I am sorry to hear you had issues with the noise. There is indeed some louder sounds coming from the renovations across from us at the Skytrain Station. I hope you can visit us again to see the Station work completed. We spend a night here every year before Christmas to take care of last minute shopping that we can't (or forgot to) do online. the location is ideal as it is connected to the largest shopping centre in the area, Metrotown. Although it is not connected completely indoors you are under cover for most of the 200 or so steps...

It is a bit challenging to find this hotel, as it is nestled among strip malls. Ample parking and great staff. The hotel itself needs an upgrade, and the sheets are wearing thin. The skytrain across the street is being upgraded, so while this is occurring, perhaps call ahead and find a room that is not facing the skytrain. The...

We stayed here in late September before our cruise out of Canada Place. Our family booked three rooms and the hotel kept us next to each other. I had also requested a quiet room and it was right across the hallway. Great service from the start to finish with the hotel staff. We got excellent restaurant recommendations and google maps/directions...

Nice clean room, king size bed, comfortable but worn. We didn't know construction was being done on sky train across the street from our room. The noise went all night. Relatively new place right across the road from the sky train. It's fine if you have business nearby. If you're on the side of the hotel that faces the sky train, you can actually hear the train surprisingly well even though there are double-glazed windows.
