We have stayed in many B&Bs but this is not one of the best. Although it was clean, we did not find it cosy. The majority of the room space was taken up by a very large four poster bed which made the room rather dull. We found the duvet rather uncomfortable as the duvet was a double size inside...

There is so much that is good about this place. We took both upstairs bedrooms so had the sole use of the downstairs lounge/diner/TV Room too with our own front door. Made this more like a self catering cottage, and of course Laurence and Emily served the wonderful breakfasts that previous reviewers have mentioned. They were also very helpful with...

B&B in converted farmhouse situated high on moor close to Penzance, great views and tranquil area Easy to find with satnav and well located for north, south and west coast Very warm welcome from owners who were very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Room was very clean, well decorated and appointed, the 4 poster bed was an unusual feature...

This is an extremely comfortable B&B, with wonderful views (on a clear day), and with an outstanding breakfast! It is in a very quiet location, along some narrow Cornish lanes, but reasonably close to local amenities (in Heamor and in Penzance) and taxis will come and collect / drop off if required (i.e. not too remote). The breakfast was served...

I actually posted this review months ago, but apparently missed the 'verification'email from tripadvisor! This is definitely one of those places where you think twice about writing a good review - because you don't want anyone else to know about it! We had a lovely stay, everything was spotless, the bed was comfortable, (with a lovely view) and the shower...

We only had a brief 1 night stay at Boskednan Farm but Mrs B was very welcoming and laid on a superb early morning buffet breakfast including freshly made bread. The double bedded room was comfortable with its own private bathroom along the corridor. The journey to the farm though is via narrow Cornish lanes but if you want remote...

Boskednan Farm is one of the best B&Bs we have stayed in. Our room was excellent as was the buffet breakfast and the owners give a very warm welcome. In addition they have a lot of local knowledge and were able to advise on day trips. We will definitely return.

We spent 4 nights at Boskednan Farm in June 2012. Arriving relatively late in the day after a very long drive we found the approach through Cornish lanes a liitle unnerving, but the location and the view towards Mounts Bay from 'the top of Cornwall' was worth every anxious minute on the road. We received a warm welcome from Mrs....

Clean, comfortable, private, and lovely with a private bathroom and shower. Downstairs a nice room for merely hanging out and relaxing; even a piano. Excellent generous breakfast-the best we had while in Cornwall-that included coffee, tea, freshly baked bread, homemade jams, honey, croissants, fresh boiled eggs, fruit, yogurt, cereals, and a delicious ham that was the first not too salty...
