The Seaside Beach Resort is owned and operated by David Sullivan and Beth Campbell. We have had the property since 1995. We offer 24 housekeeping units in downtown St. Andrews, New Brunswick. These consist mainly of apartment units in houses, and there are four cabins. All are located on the same lot, all are self-contained, with their own entrances, kitchens and bathrooms, and are equipped for basic daily living, with dishes, cutlery, bedding and towels supplied as a matter of course. We have 200 feet of waterfront footage spanned by a large boardwalk and backed by a large open yard. Not everything has a water view, but nothing is far away. The yard comes equipped with a number of picnic tables and charcoal barbecues for general use, and some units have their own. There is a supermarket just a few blocks toward town centre on Water Street, a five minute walk from the property. The Town Wharf, out of which the various whale-watching companies operate, is also just a few minutes by fo

We stayed in the Cabina for 2 nights..the cottage was beautiful and very well equipped. The beds were very comfortable and everything was spotless. The grounds are covered in flower gardens and every balcony has flowers...it really is a site to behold. The owners take such pride in their resort and it certainly shows. It is a resort for everyone and there were young families there and even some older than us :) at 11 everything was quiet..they come in and change out the towels every day and empty the garbage. It's within walking distance to anything you'd want to see in St Andrews. All the restaurants are less than 3 blocks away along with the shops. David was nice enough to offer dinner suggestions and places to see.

I really can't say enough good about this place. This was a girls weekend, but I can't wait to take my husband there next time...and there will certainly be a next time for sure.

What a sweet spot we stayed at !! I can not remember the room number we were in however it was over looking the water on the top floor. Almost 360 degree unobstructed views. What a calm quiet atmostphere. Could sit out for hours just watching the boats go by.

Our loft was equipped with a kitchenette with everything a person would need to cook meals or simply sit and enjoy your coffee while looking out at the water. A walk down the street a few minutes and right in the heart of the little downtown with all the shops and restaurants. We walked everywhere, weather permitting. Highly recommend. Super clean resort will definitely return.

The grounds are wonderful, the cabin was clean and had all the amenities we needed.
After a long day of travelling, the TV had Netflix so we could wind down. The chairs by the water were used everyday and there is a nice assortment of lawn games to play! Conveniently located only 5 minutes from restaurants. Kitchen was well stocked with items to make if you have supper later than 8 (most of the kitchens close around then at the restaurants). Equipped with a heat pump and heat/cool was very comfortable. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Seaside Beach Resort has a wonderful layout, it looks like a series of houses that have been carved into rooms, decorated with charm–both outdoors and indoors–with a well-stocked kitchenette with dining table, It has tons be of outdoor spaces and priceless views of the river.
However, once the initial dazzle becomes reality, the floor of our room (for two) had a pitch, the bed was lumpy and very high, hard to get in and out (and I am not short). The temperature system was very strange and it made for extremes. The bathroom had a hair dryer but no outlet to connect it. Thus, I could not wash my hair as the only mirror was…in the bathroom.
Perhaps it was our room and others will not share this experience and have five star ratings. It was fine for a night or two.

Another summer, another stay at the Seaside Beach Resort in St Andrews, NB. We are never disappointed, and this year was no exception. After a foggy and wet June and July in Maine, we hit the jackpot with the weather in St Andrews for the entire week we were there - sunshine and blue skies, 7 out of 7 days. That alone made the trip wonderful. Add in the accommodations and the friendly interactions with hosts Beth and David and their staff, and it was a perfect vacation. As always, everything was immaculate and well kempt. The new tiles on each building designating its number or function was this year's improvement, as was the EV charging station. Never obtrusive, Beth, David and their staff were available for questions, supplies, or suggestions. You can't go wrong at the Seaside Beach Resort. We'll be back next year.

We stayed for two nights, with teenagers. We had an apartment with queen bed in one room, two singles in the other. The unit is very clean and comfortable, and close to the hub of the town (about a 5 minute walk to the harbour front). Kitchenette is convenient if you want to enjoy a few meals or snacks away from restaurant setting. The grounds are beautifully maintained with lots of flowers and shrubs. Wild rose bush right outside our door. 30 second walk to waterfront. The owner is very quiet but nice. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay.

The cottage was very clean and comfortable. It contained the basic essential you require. Linens are removed and replaced daily if required. Very friendly folks in St. Andrew’s, lots of deer and great walking trails.

Have stayed here a few times, rooms are clean, and quiet...Beautiful views, short walk to center of town... They were just updating rooms with A/C which will be a definite plus in summer months. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area who is looking for the St. Andrew's experience

Stayed at the Seaside Beach Resort with my wife. Our third time staying in Saint Andrews, and our first time staying here.

The view from our deck across the St. Croix River was absolutely stunning. There are loads of Adirondack chairs all along the property's deck overlooking the water, offering plenty of places to hang out. Easy walk to town, with loads of restaurants, etc. We already booked our return trip for next summer when checked out this time.

Because of Covid, we've had to skip our mostly-annual trip to Seaside Beach Resort in NB for the last 3 summers. Happily, we resumed our vacation this summer and spent a week there recently. It's as wonderful as ever - we now have heat pumps in our cabins! Beth and David do such a great job of maintaining their property, and are always so welcome and friendly. Adjacent to town, it's in a convenient location AND borders the ocean. We spent out time there doing nothing more energetic than walking into town for lunch or dinner and sitting on the resort's Adirondack chairs reading books and magazines while sipping our afternoon cocktails. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.
