Such an excellent place to stay! Clean, waterfront view and amazing customer service. Jerry at the front desk is just exceptional and the owners are so professional. It’s conveniently located at the heart of water street in Saint andrews which makes you accessible to most amended via walking distance.

This hotel was a last minute addition to our weekend in St. Andrews and it did not disappoint! Check in was super easy in this family run hotel and the attentiveness of the staff did not go missed. We had a slight problem with our room and it was solved immediately! Our room was beside the lovely pool and the view out our back door was breath taking. The room was spacious with comfortable furniture and cozy beds. The sink is outside the bathroom which made a great addition to two woman getting ready at once...no waiting to fix yourself up while the other showers. The fresh donuts, yogurt and coffee/tea station provided in the mornings was so nice touch. If you are looking for a heartier breakfast there are plenty of places just steps away but we really appreciated the individually wrapped old fashion style donuts as a start to our day. I forgot an item behind (I live in Ontario) and the staff was quick to answer my emails and send it to me. We were so impressed by the hotels scenery, kind staff, comfort and affordability that we have already planned a trip to return!

What a fabulous to place to spend our 40th anniversary ! We received a phone call from the wonderful lady at the front desk who wanted to double check that we were ok walking up a flight of stairs as she wanted to give us a fabulous balcony room with the best view. We had the perfect room overlooking Passamaquoddy Bay. When the tide is high, we widely like we were on a cruise ship as we could only see water from the room. Sitting on the balcony with morning coffee or an evening cocktail, breathing in the salty air… was incredible. The Inn is perfectly located with all of the wonderful restaurants and the Fishing Wharf a very short walk away. We enjoyed our meals at the Gables Restauant, the Herring Restaurant and the Harbourfront Restauant and had a fabulous day on the Jolly Breeze Tallship where we saw tons of whales ! All of this is so convenient to the Saint Andrews Inn and Suites.

Hotel is under new ownership. Our room was on the main floor down the hall from the lobby but was relatively quiet except for the very noisy air conditioner that was permanently set on ice cold. Continental breakfast was included but it consisted of coffee, tea, yoghurt and donuts wrapped in cellophane. But that's Ok because the hotel is on the main street with lots of restaurants. Front desk staff were very friendly and efficient and recommended good restaurants.

Fast check in and that's about it. Our room was downstairs. Room was DATED and had a smell to it! 1 night was tolerable. But it was clean and the view was spectacular. Continental breakfast.......well. Local TV channels only. The beds were comfortable. The front desk lady was lovely. Don't think I would go back!

Stayed here for two nights in September 2022. We had a suite which was very spacious and comfortable. Though on the outside the inn doesn’t look like much - it was a lovely place to stay. The inn is right on the water and once you step out of your patio door you have a large patio in front of a grassy area right in front of the Bay of Fundy. What really makes the inn stand out is the staff. So helpful and friendly. Arrived the day after hurricane Fiona hit and luckily St. Andrews was spared. But we had to reschedule the remainder of our itinerary and the staff gave us some great ideas. One other thing to mention is the location on Water Street is walking distance to restaurants and shops.

My husband and I spent 2 nights here. Clean, very spacious room. We had 2 queen beds which were really comfortable, the pillows were on the small side. Great view of the Bay from our Muskoka chairs on the balcony. We had no problems with parking. No more than a 5-10 minute walk to restaurants and shopping. Right across the street from the liquor store. Would definitely stay here again.

Every room has its own balcony or patio just a few meters from the Bay of Fundy, making it enjoyable to sit there during various times of the day to see the tides. Room was very quiet and clean. Refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker available; also coffee and tea in lounge. Staff very friendly. Good location, right at the downtown historical district. Would be good to have some town maps available to give to guests. Be aware that breakfast is not served, although donuts are available.
