We spent one night here last week. First, the positive things. The views from the balconies are spectacular looking into and across the bay. It would be hard to fine a better location in St. Andrews. The people that work in the hotel are very nice and helpful. Also, we are older people and called ahead to request a ground floor room because the hotel has no elevator. As a result, a room on the ground floor was waiting for us. But his inn has a lot of unfavorable traits. The room had a moldy smell. The quality of the picture on the TV was very poor. It had a tiny bathroom with fixtures that seemed to have been there for several decades. We were not informed that there is no service to make the beds from day to day. The information in the room said there was a computer available for guests but there was not. To enter the room, you had to use a real key - how outdated. To stay here was to go back in time - way back! The inn needs a lot of money and love to bring it up to modern standards. We canceled the rest of our stay there and went to a hotel that was much more satisfactory to our standards.

This resort Hotel leaves a lot to be desired. Poor lighting, Outdated decor, heated pool was cold, no dinning on site, and the list goes on. Our expected night of relaxation turned into a nightmare. The retaining wall on the hotel property caught fire, a hotel quest called 911 while another guest kept the fire at bay until the fire dept. arrived. The firefighters attacked the wall of fire with foam and a chainsaw to try and contain the fire. They advised us to turn off our air conditioner to curb the fumes from the creosote lumber used in the wall. At no time did any hotel staff notify their guest of the situation or take and action regarding the fire. Our two night stay turned into one night .Less than impressed with hotel and staff, made no attempt to accept responsibility for this.

Good location on the main street for restaurants and what few attractions they are. Excellent views over the bay if you get a waterfront room. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Waterfront room was functional if a little tried, had a super powerful stand in shower and conformable bed. We in fact had two double beds in our room for just 2 of us. The only negative was the housekeeping service, never made the beds just emptied the bins, left clean towels on the toilet seat, left the old towels and never replaced the toiletries. As only there for 2 nights not a major problem. Hotel could be made more attractive if tied the front up by pulling up the weeds and replacing the entrance carpet.

We were given a suite…… lol. Wedged into a corner of the building with a fridge and tiny dining table which we didn’t want. One basin and smallest bathroom I’ve ever seen. The damp towels and terrible lighting were the bitter end!

What a great anniversary. Our 60th. We spent it at St. Andrew’s Inn and Suites. The staff is wonderful. People, take note of what good questioner service looks like.! Our room was very comfortable. Beds chairs, pillows, linens, and the balcony outside our room, where we could sit and watch the tides change. Besides that it was clean clean clean! Unfortunately, other people feel the same way too, and it is very hard to find a room in the in high season.. Good for them! Yes, the bathrooms are tiny, but they are efficient, and all we needed. I’ll still rate it very highly because of comfort, and service which cannot be beat!

Stayed here with my mom, father, and sister on our first family vacation in 20 years. Came to St. Andrew’s for a wedding a little night away - the Inn & Suites did not disappoint with its waterfront views, morning coffee bar, & indoor pool. It is also located right on the Main Street on town so within walking distance of everything. Very highly recommend and would return. Beds were comfy & they served fresh doughnuts & yogurt for complimentary breakfast!

Wonderful view at an updated roadside hotel in the heart of amazing Saint Andrews, NB! The rooms have mostly modern furnishings & lots of room. Fridge & microwave. Balcony with 2 chairs and a table overlooking the bay. We were in a standard room & it was perfect!

The location and view were great, the water was hot and the beds were comfy. But the hotel did not present well on arrival with weeds around the parking lot and the reception area was festooned with various handwritten warnings and admonitions to guests that I was too tired to read. The room was spotlessly clean but was not very appealing to us. It was rather dimly lit, the decor was very dated, and the bathroom was tiny and awkard, with a sink that drained slowly. The aircon unit was raucus and very loud. Sitting on the balcony you can see your neighbours below you through the gaps in the deck boards, reminding you not to spill anything! Our expectations may have been too high as we stayed at fresh new Hilton properties in the days previous to our arrival here. Tip: there is no elevator to the 3rd floor rooms, so if you have trouble with stairs advise the hotel when booking.

We had a wonderful one day visit to St Andrews . This hotel is located on the main st of the village, walking distance to great bars, shopping and restaurants. All rooms have balconies over looking the harbour. There’s no elevator but it’s only three floors, with the lobby being on the second floor and pool on the first. They have a small parking lot but there’s parking on the st. Our room was very comfortable. Great AC, bed linens and comfortable beds. They provide quick coffee and muffin in the morning …..the staff was very friendly and efficient.
