First time we stayed here, and were not disappointed! Got the top floor, corner suite, unbelievable views!! Watched cruise ships on way to Alaska from our balcony. Rooms are larger sized, big tv, fridge and microwave, premium coffee machine as well. Place is well maintained and clean. Staff are super! Would definitely stay here again!

Gorgeous view. Room was very tidy, and clean. Staff were super easy to get along with. Loved the little sitting nook, next to the window. would highly recommend anyone staying here. Have already told friends . Most definitely stay there next time in the Qualicum beach area.

I was stranded in Qualicum beach after a car accident on the highway. The staff made sure I was comfortable and accommodated. They allowed me to extend my stay when I was snowed in and even bumped me up to a room with a jacuzzi - which was greatly appreciated after the car accident. Thank you so much for helping me out in a rough time!

We stayed here for one night while visiting family in the area. The location right on the main drag on the oceanfront makes for loud traffic noise during the day but beautiful views. We loved seeing the tide go out and come back in while we were there. The room is comfortable. The table with two chairs is conveniently placed in front of the large window just in case you want to keep your balcony door closed and the traffic noise out. The balcony isn't very private if you have neighbours in the room right next to you so we preferred to stay inside our room. The king size bed and pillows were comfortable and supportive. Wifi was strong and I appreciated the detailed instructions on how to use the Nespresso machine in the room. I would stay here again and would safely recommend to my best friends and family.…

This motel had a kitchenette, nice view of the ocean. It did not have AC. We had the windows open, the traffic noise is quite bad until about 10pm. Noise picks up around 6AM. The motel is on the main busy street adjacent to the beach. The noise was bothersome for me. The manager of the complex was very nice, responsive to our requests. While the motel was clean, nice kitchenette and good view, I will not stay on this busy street again.

We had top floor room. Spectacular balcony ocean view. Steps away from beach. I was immediately impressed by how fresh and clean the room was!! The room is very well maintained. Great attention to detail, the paint job etc. The furniture is solid and upper end. Not flimsy cheap hotel stuff. We had fireplace in our room. The King size bed was amazing!!!!! With the ocean air flowing in, it was one of the best nights sleep I had.☺️ Friendly front desk staff. Beautiful hanging baskets. I also really liked the onsite parking right next to a exterior elevator and luggage cart, bringing you right up to your room. Really cool.😎

Amazing location, we had a 2nd floor room with a wonderful view of the water. A comfy little sitting area to relax & enjoy the view. The room was spacious, clean & nicely decorated. It felt very homey. The staff were very pleasant. Theres a great restaurant just steps away, where we ended up eating most of our meals. Highly recommend!

Changed my reservation at the last minute, from a newer 2 story hotel down the road to this one, as I a) saved money b) had a much nicer view. I'm glad we made he switch! Casa Grande is an older 4 level hotel with amazing panoramic views of Qualicum Beach. Just steps across the street to the beach. Care and detail has gone into the maintenance of this older motel. Our room was renovated beautifully - on top floor. I love the little nook that most of the rooms seem to have, with comfy chairs overlooking the magnificent views. Immaculately clean - even the elevator had extra decor touches. You can tell that the owners / managers care about the property - and that makes such a world of difference!
