The chalet was comfortable and had everything we needed in the kitchen - We enjoyed the hot tub and nice service in the reception! The heating system quite old, and not able to turn off in the Neuchalet. This problem got even worse because the cottage has no insect net on the windows, so if you want to open the...

Our return visit to Val David's Chalet Le Village Suisse was as warm and rejuvenating as last year's trip. Yes March was being quite frigid with much below-zero bellowing, but in the Chalet all was cosy and as warm as toast. We tried a different chalet this time, Les Alpes, and found it to be just as charming as Nuechatel....

Thank you so much for this absolutely lovely review! As new owners, it is something we quite enjoy. Since you mention it, we are quite fond of the charm that Diana and Gino have managed to keep alive over the years. Our plan is to keep intact the cosy Village Suisse feeling and make sure the heritage is preserved while...

Over all not bad but not up the standard it should be. Very old "chalet". Wind coming through the front door, plastic sheets in the windows. Considering the rent ($) the chalets should be in a much better state. Apart from this, the location is nice. You can park the car and forget it. 5 minute walk to town, 1...

Just back from a nice weekend. We were 4 adults in the Neuchâtel chalet. A bit close to the road but on a dead end street so limited traffic. 5 minute walk to village for food and lovely restaurants. 1 min walk to Parc Dufresne for great cross country skiing and snow shoeing and your park entrance is included in...

These guys made our trip so much easier, we'd asked for a crib but they provided so much more! Little package of blankets, baby spoons etc and even a monitor! They even had a high chair, so useful! The location is Fantastic, so close to the national park entrance and the little town, we only went snowshoe hiking with our...

Our family stayed at Village Swiss in Val David in September, along with another couple. The place is great and I would highly recommend for family trips! The terrain is pretty, well treed, with nice pool, hot tub, grassy areas to play and picnic outside... Just magical. The cottages are super cute. Clean, well equipped, nicely set up and lots...

This was our second state at Le Village Suisse, and we loved it just as much as the first time around. Cottages are cozy and well-equipped. The village is close by, as is the bike path and regional park. The pool is clean and warm, the kids loved the fire pit in the evenings. The entire family had a wonderful...

This was our third stay at Village Suisse. We've driven 10+ hours every two years to stay here for a couple weeks at a time. Diana and Gino have created a wonderful space that is ideal for a family. From the Village, you can bike into town for groceries, ice cream, playground, farmer's market, and shopping or take a longer...

We booked this getaway from Tuango for a 5-people family event. The location is quite good, only took about 1.5 hr drive from Montreal island. It's quite, air-fresh, beautiful and close to shopping area in Val David. We easily got all food from the local metro grocery store with the same prices as in Montreal. There are plenty activities for...

We just came back from a one week vacation at Le Village Suisse. The "chalet" was very nice (we had rented the one close to the water because we were a family of ten ; we used the upper chalet and the lower one.) The pool was VERY clean and the water was warm !! It is really just a...
