A great little motel off the main drag in Radium Hot Springs, so very peaceful. New owner has updated a few things already and he says more to come. The new king size pillows and bedding and comfy mattresses made for a very relaxing and comfortable sleep. Rooms are super clean and feel modern with updated windows and window coverings, including light-blocking curtains that knock out most of the additional light that sneaks past the Venetian blinds.
Love the extra separate bedroom which is handy if you are travelling with kids or friends or somebody who snores like a local grizzly.
Property is very nice with BBQs and a large covered gazebo, useful on a rainy day.
There is also badminton, basketball, horseshoes and bocci and they have towels to use for your hot spring visit.
We highly recommend this place. It has always been a great place to stay, but is even better now.
New owner, Steve, is super courteous and friendly and happy to help make your stay more comfy.
He notes that he is one of a few, maybe the only motel, that will check in late night travelers, as he lives on site.

Despite the hot pools being closed, we still had a great stay in Radium. This is place is very reasonably priced and the two-bedroom option is great for travelling with a group - it's was a big bonus to have a separate bedroom inside the unit. Very clean and the kitchenette allowed us to stay in and not risk going to restaurants.

We had a room with 2 beds which was super clean and tidy, with a fridge and microwave, coffee maker, table and chairs. The beds were well decorated and the sheets were soft and sparkling white and smelled mountain fresh as were the towels! The mountain photos in the rooms were taken by the owner's grandfather so a very nice personal touch. The owner was great when we phoned and gave us some dining information when we booked our room. There is also a patio with tables and umbrellas as well as BBQs for using and a gazebo. Great rates too! I would highly recommend staying here.

We booked a two bedroom room on Expedia. We looked at a lot of different places in Radium springs and this was one of the only ones that had enough beds and a full kitchen that could accommodate our 2 adult/4 kid famjam! Check in was super quick and easy! The owner, Steve, was super nice and helpful. He gave us the option of main floor or second. We chose main and we were able to park right outside our door. There was a basketball net and ball for the kids to play which was awesome. Kitchen had full stove and fridge and all the dishes, pots, pans, etc. that one would need. There are bbq’s outside for guest use and also a nice gazebo with tables and chairs set up inside. There is also a deck upstairs with bbq as well but we didn’t go up there. Location is ideal. You can walk to all the amenities in town, most are within a block. There is a playground and basketball/tennis court a block over as well. Room was very comfortable, 2 bedrooms with queen beds and a pull out sofa in living room area. We were very happy with our stay here and would definitely stay again!

We booked one room, which ended up being on the second floor. Traveling with someone with some mobility issues so the owner gave him a second room on the lower level without charging us. Rooms were clean, water was hot and the location was great. Can't beat that kind of service!

What a dump! Can’t believe this place operates. Filthy room with stains on the carpet, linens were dirty with long black hairs on sheet, pillowcases and in the bathtub. Coffee cups were dirty, room was freezing as heat was turned right off. I spent some time trying to figure out how to turn it on. Light bulb was burnt out, bathroom countertop has food on it and toilet had feces and ironed stains on seat. Manager charged us for two nights even though we left first thing after sleeping on top of the sheets for only one night. What a scam! Breakfast was non existent and manager was nowhere to be seen. Go elsewhere unless you like 3rd world conditions. Absolutely terrible!

Excellent service and friendly as we needed a last minute booking due to a road closure. Clean, comfy, and affordable. We really liked those cleaning details, very reassuring for last minute booking in a budget! The outdoor space well kept and so nice to wake up to. Ended up sleeping in!

Have been staying here for years. Wouldn't stay anywhere else in Radium. Everything is within walking distance. Location is away from the main highway so very quiet and safe. Owner is friendly and helpful. Rooms have been renovated. The price is perfect for this motel. BBQs are provided, basketball hoop for kids with a big grassy area for them to play on as well. Would definitely recommend

We received a prompt response to our enquiry for accomodation from Emgland, and arrived in August to find a small friendly motel with a small suite containing all that we needed for half the price of the morel we had stayed in the night before! Clean, near shops etc, and with a terrace to sit out in the sun. Well worth considering, and NOT on the busy road to and fro the springs (which are excellent)
