Booking was very pleasant over the phone (in French, with my limited ability to speak it). Young lady at check-in was very friendly and helpful. Later encounter with another employee on the phone was very impatient and curt. They have a room with 2 doubles and a single for larger families and a large yard out back, good for kids...

We spent one night at the Motel Les Pins before we visited the Granby Zoo. I had read reviews online and was impressed with comments. It was exactly as I expected. It is an old style motel and the outside of some of the rooms is somewhat disconcerting. However, the insides are bright, immaculate and very well appointed. We stayed...

We went here for a family vacation with our 1 year old daughter, the room was very clean and soundproof, the Motel is right near the zoo and everything is a short drive away. The Motel is family owned which is fantastic because you get awesome service.

The room was clean, neat and pleasant. I was surprised that this motel was privately owned, as it was much better kept than some hotel chains I've stayed with. The owner was extremely helpful with our asking for directions (and alerting us to the Mercier Bridge closure in Montreal, when she found out we were heading that way). A fantastic...

My husband and I stayed at Motel Les Pins when we travelled to Granby this summer for a weekend respite. It's a family owned and operated place, and the owner's pride is evident in the excellent maintenance of the facilities. And our room, despite being in a building on a busy road, was quiet as could be. The room was...

We do business about 30 minutes away from Granby but always choose to stay here at Motel Les Pins. The front desk staff speak little english, but what they do works well enough with my little french. Rooms are always clean, beds comfortable enough, easy to get into Granby or out onto Highway. There's a pool, and it's only a...

Hi there, my family and i stayed at Motel while visiting the Granby Zoo, i must say we very very impressed for the value of the room. It was very clean, its exactly what we needed occupancy wise, and extremely comfortable. It had an all about relaxing atmosphere about it. The staff were fantastic and friendly and the Owner Remi,...

This motel is very clean and offers every convenience and more! It is located close to the city, but is a very quiet place. The friendly staff helped us with directions, etc. We feel as if we have made new friends. We will definitely stay there again. We visited the Autodrome and the zoo. Merci Beaucoup!

I visit Granby often to see the zoo. I've been staying at the Motel Les Pins each year - this is my 5th or 6th visit. Before discovering this motel, I've stayed at other places in Granby that were not as nice. As usual, the room (#9) was very clean and neatly decorated. Last year, I was in room #14...
