The motel was very clean. The owner was extremely nice. They even switched a sofa bed with a regular bed for my son before we arrived - I hadn't even asked = very happy. My husband stated the water pressure is strong.

What a gem! My wife and I had the good pleasure of spending a night at this charming motel. It was clean, very comfortable, quiet, and the room had everything that we needed. Most importantly, it is the personal touch of the owner CJ, whose care, consideration, and commitment to his guests satisfaction and comfort was outstanding. Many motels and hotels are identical and interchangeable, what differentiates this property is the personal touch of the people who operate it. We would happily stay here again :-)

Clean and quiet, with comfy bed and large bathtub (which, being a bath type, I really appreciated). The owners are especially friendly and helpful - they really helped my sister and I when we were in a difficult situation.

I accidentally made a reservation for the wrong week. When I arrived the owner was so helpful and friendly when I told him my mistake. He even walked us to our room. A nice quiet place to sleep while traveling and I would definitely stay there again.

During a road trip plagued with car trouble I broke down by this motel. Not only were they friendly and professional they offered a large clean room for an affordable price. Also the dinner prepared at the motels restaurant was fantastic. I have stayed at tons of hotels, motels and Airbnbs but I can honestly say that this was the single most comfortable and welcoming place I've stayed. I don't usually bother writing reviews but I was really satisfied with my stay. If the hosts read this I just want to say thanks for everything. All the best for you two in the future.

My husband and I were in Woodstock, NB, last weekend for a business/relaxation trip. We stayed at the Stiles Motel and it was a very pleasant experience. The motel staff were kind, courteous, helpful and friendly We felt more like we were staying at a B&B than a motel. The service was great, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the motel owners were super nice. We will definitely return to the Stiles Motel.

How do you rate a motel that does not have working heat in Canada especially when temperatures went as low as 5 degrees at night? Person who checked us in said they hadn’t turned their furnace on yet. Place is old but relatively clean - just really really old looking, to the point where you question if things are truly clean. They did have hot water in the taps but it was too cold in the ambient air to even want to shower. Thermostat read 16-16.5 degrees Celsius in the room when I was there. No extra blankets available in the room either. I would not stay here again.

Hello there, we are so sorry for the inconvenience that you experienced during your stay. We are getting our furnaces serviced at the moment to get it ready for the coming season; due to delays from the electric maintenance company we hired, we are unable to provide full heating in the rooms. A note; please ask the front desk for an electric heater when this occurred, Best Regards Stiles Motel Management

When we received our room, the room key was bent. Today, 2 weeks later, Stiles Motel has billed me an additional $26. Phoning the proprietor and inquiring what the additional $26 bill was for, I was told "you bent the key". During our entire visit the key was in my wife's position. How anyone can imagine that she could bend a room key 90 degrees is beyond either of us. Either way, I’ve been billed extra. The room itself was okay(ish), but I am unlikely to ever stay there again.

Hello, Unfortunately if the key was bent 90 degrees you would not have been able to open the door at all. We inspect our keys everyone they are returned to make sure there is no damage( which has the potential of causing further damage to doors and locks) In addition, it is standard procedure for hotels to charge for damaged/stolen/lost materials that belong to the property. The key is no exception. You said never come back here, I respect your decision. Best Regards, Stiles Motel Management

We couldn't have felt more welcome by CJ! This family owned motel was a delight to stay at. It was clean and had comfortable beds. Free wifi was exciting for the kids. Airconditioning made the heat bearable. Definitely would stay here again if traveling through Woodstock. Thank you so much CJ

We were so glad to find Stiles Motel the evening of July 31st, 2021. The owners were very nice and allowed me to keep my small senior dog with me. We would have preferred a double bed or queen but gratefully took what was offered. The room was very clean but had a musty smell. The room had been closed up for sometime due to Covid so that was explainable. I would recommend it,
