My wife and I, with three dogs in tow, stayed here recently for four nights. Over the years I have stayed at hundreds of 3 star properties, that's what our budget allows, but I don't believe I have EVER stayed at one that equals this Comfort Inn! Let me tell you what I liked: Outside appearance is clean and neat....

Imagine my surprise when I checked in to find out that first floor rooms were at a premium and would cost an extra $25. The hotel has no elevator and I would have to climb stairs to get to my room. At the moment I was told to avoid stairs so after much negotiations I was assigned to a disabled...

Clean rooms and friendly staff. Conveniently located on industrial side of St Thomas. Hotel lobby was clean as were newly updated rooms. Bed was comfortable as were the pillows. Breakfast was good with a decent selection of items both hot and cold. I would stay there again.

Comfort Inn in this city has the market cornered for guests who want a clean, affordable accommodation. The service was o.k. The towels were well worn and in short supply. This seems to be a common complaint I read in reviews. The breakfast was suitable. The rooms were in need of attention to detail in the Housekeeping dept, but we...

We had booked the 2nd floor. When we arrived, there was only 1 other vehicle in the parking lot. The hotel was almost empty. We asked for a 1st floor room, and were told it would cost $25.00 more! The room was freezing. The towels were like sandpaper. My husband fell outside the room, because the walkway was icy, but...

Less than a 1/2 hour from Port Stanley and close to London, this is an okay journeymans hotel. There is a lounge that closes early and lots of parking, Internet is available. Rooms are clean and the front desk staff are helpful.

The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. The breakfast is the standard offerings where breakfast is included and certainly enough to leave with a full belly and your fill of coffee. Been here twice when visiting friends in the area.

The room was clean and bright, and the washroom was also clean with lots of towels (and you can never have too many towels!) The AC didn't seem to be working, but the weather cooled down considerably overnight so it wasn't as necessary as if we'd been there a few weeks earlier. We weren't able to try the hot breakfast...
