The motel is not up to par and does not match the pictures found on Tripadvisor or Expedia. The check-in process was terrible, staff are rude and clueless. We had to ask for a different room because the first one was dirty. Bugs in the sink and bathtub and in the corners of the flooring. There was hair and a bug in the bed. The second room was better but the wall AC could not keep up and the room was always damp because of it. We ended up leaving after one (1) night (we had booked 2). The carpet is full of dust mites, and the amount of dirt on the furniture was disgusting. The staff, which I believe are the owners, were not accommodating/receptive and never apologized. They only care about money and don't care how run down the place is. The stairs to get to the second floor are wobbly (I don't think they pass building code) and the exterior paint is peeling. We didn't use the pool or the hot tub because we know that cleanliness is not a priority. When we walked in the reception area to check out one day early, it smelled like fish and felt like it was 40 degrees with no air circulation. do yourself a favor and stay away from that place.

This property has a beautiful view on the ski hills. It is a bit dated but well kept and clean. The owners are welcoming and accommodating. The property is located within walking distance of the downtown core. We are frequent customers of the establishment and will definitely return in the future.

Will nevere come back to this place again and would not recomend anybody unles you like to be humiliated by front desk ppl and owner. The most unfriendly ovner that I ever met. Not worth the money that you are going to pay for stay there. There are plenty other nice motels and hotels in this area. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE !

With Saint Sauveur being a popular town for tourists, especially in ski season, this motel was very reasonably priced. I was satisfied with my stay, although you get what you pay for. The bed was comfortable, and my only complaints would be small ones. The TV in the room was very small, by today's standards (although I was there for a ski trip and TV watching wasn't a priority). The walls are pretty thin; when people were talking in the room next door I could hear a lot of it (but they have a rule about quiet after 10 pm, and I sleep with earplugs). There wasn't a lot of space to put away clothes: just a night table with 2 small drawers, and one of them had half of a potato chip in it, so I didn't put my clothes there (the chip made me feel they had not cleaned the drawers after the last occupant). However, there is a rack with hangars, which was helpful. My only other complaint is that I felt they should have salted the parking lot more often. At times, there was so much ice, that walking to your car was like walking on a skating rink. Despite my complaints, I would still recommend this motel to budget travellers. The cost is very reasonable, and there is free parking, and the location is great, walking distance from the town centre with restaurants and shops.

Great location. Was able to walk to restaurants and skating park and only a few minute drive to the ski hill. Room was small but still met our needs. I would be afraid to use the fireplace as it was so close to the bed but the room was super warm (which sometimes isn't the case in motels with outside doors and windows). Yes the place is dated - but it was clean and comfortable.

No reasonableness!! I booked for an 89 year old woman and her friend and she couldn’t come with the new restrictions. I was told NO REFUND and NO REBOOKING FOR LATER even though the rooms are completely sold out and they could rerent it in an hour. NEVER AGAIN. STAY AWAY FROM THE JOLIBOURG.

My wife and I wanted to head up north of Montreal to enjoy the start of the changing of the leaves. I looked at various locations to stay and found Motel Le Jolibourg to be the BEST deal. We were able to stay for three nights and only have to pay for two. We were very well greeted upon arrival. The room we stayed in was #209 and it was very comfortable and clean. Everything we could ask for. Although there is no cleaning due to the pandemic it was still great. The staff were always there if you needed anything. Will certainly return in the future.

This place was horrible. The rooms are very outdated as well as old bathrooms. The sink in bathroom was not draining, the toilet was not flushing properly, the room smelled musty. We were booked for 2 nights but only stayed one night. Asked to cancel the second night. Told us no because we had not given 48 hr. notice. We left anyway. Do yourself a favour. Book elsewhere. Price point reflects condition of rooms. Like they say, you get what you pay for.

The hotel is clean, the room is a little dark when the curtains are closed. Bed is very soft, 2 thicknesses of pillows are available in the room. Ample parking, property very well maintained. 1 outdoor pool, outdoor hot tub available at an additional fee.

I have spent many weekends at Le Motel Jolibourg in St-Sauveur. The staff is friendly and ready to help with any questions about St-Sauveur such as restaurants and sightseeing. The rooms are clean and pretty and it's wonderful to have a fireplace in the room. I always stay there and the price is very reasonable!
