Comfortable stay. Very friendly staff. Bar/sitting area was relaxing and cozy. Rooms are a little "tired" and lighting needs to be better in bathrooms for putting make up on. Showers were quite powerful. Had a great recommendation of restaurant in St Jovite - The Grill. Also had a great breakfast in a tiny cafe in St Jovite - freshly brewed coffee to order and food was also delicious. Hotel is close to Mont Tremblant and St Jovite. A great hotel for a quiet getaway. Had a room overlooking the Lake withe a balcony. Have been here a few times although it had been a few years, but the shuttle service to the mountain during ski season ( is, or was) efficient - did not ski this stay.

Great Lodge with nice beach and lake views. Great Family Lodge to have fun on the lake. Minutes from Tremblant Village and mountains. Great Gravel biking and hiking trails for all the family. Bring your paddle board to explore the lake islands.

This was our fourth time staying at Le Grand Lodge. We come every year and stay for 3-4 days during March Break. The atmosphere is fantastic. So much to do for the kids. We swam, skated, played ping pong, walked the trails, and watched a movie in the movie room. We sat by the far in the great room and enjoyed hot chocolate and cookies (served by the lodge). We also used the shuttle to travel to and from the village. The hotel is clean, friendly, and gorgeous. We will definitely be back again next year (5th time)!

We’ve been to this place several times pre-Covid, and this year was our first after-Covid trip. We always loved this wonderful place, yet after Covid some things changed for the worse. For example, before Covid, there was a shuttle running every 10 min, but now it runs every half an hour. The breakfast was fantastic before Covid, now I would rate it as an average. Nevertheless, the staff was very professional, accommodating and polite. I understand that they have a staff shortage like everywhere today, and that one person works a job that a few people would do. Especially, I would like to say a huge thank you to Nadine, the waitress, who worked at the lobby bar. She is fantastic! We stayed during a President Holiday week and the hotel was 100% occupied. Nadine was the only one waitress who managed to serve the entire bar area in a lobby for drinks and dinner during our stay. She was super busy and had some customers who were not patient to wait at all. She politely explained to us that we need to wait for a while to place an order, but she will do all her best to serve us as fast as possible. And she did! She was super-fast, showing a great attitude and care for her customers! After serving us with food, she checked a few times on us to make sure that the food is good and to make sure that we are happy and satisfied. I am giving Nadine 5 stars for her hard-work. All of us, my family and friends were eating every night at the lobby and did not want to go out to eat somewhere else because of her excellent service. Our room was ver nice, clean, comfy and had a lot of space. We are looking forward to come back next year! SK rental store in the hotel has a fantastic service too! My kids and I had a wonderful visit to Mont Tremblant and Le Grand Lodge! The staff, the rooms, the location, the amenities and on site activities were fantastic, The only thing keeping me from giving 5 ⭐️is the fact that they don’t service your room while you are there. We stayed for 6 nights and I asked once, because one of the bathrooms had run out of TP, and I didn’t know that to get fresh towels or the wet ones taken away- i need just stick them in the hallway and ask… In any case- we will be back. We loved it. Thank you so much.

Great suite and perfect for our family. I loved being able to close the bedroom door and not deal with teenagers. Close to the mountain and easy to get to. We didn’t use the shuttle but may do so on our next visit. Great pool area as well. Everything was clean.

Check-in was easy and accommodating as we needed an early check-in time. Room was a very good size. Staff was friendly. Bartender did a great job. There was ample parking right across the street. Very comfortable place to stay.

Just returned from a much-needed mini-break at Le Grand Lodge. We are returning customers and the stay was as wonderful as ever. It is our home away from home. The staff are very friendly and accommodating and the lake view is exquisite. The hotel offers many activities, such as a wonderful pine forest trail right behind the hotel, swimming, great massages, and a convenient shuttle service to the village. This coupled with a wonderful atmosphere by the lobby fireplace and the Whiskey Bar makes for a very relaxing break.
