Hotel's Favourite
Visiting to cheer on an Iron Man athlete. Service was great, food was excellent. All the little things - from the valet service to how crispy the bacon was cooked - were performed to perfection. This was our second visit to the Fairmont Tremblant - but our first in the summer. The proximity to the village and the Iron Man Swim/Bike/Run checkpoints really enhanced our stay.

They were quite busy so not the greatest service. Rooms were dated. The restaurant was great with friendly staff. Room service with delicious unique desserts (maple cotton candy tart). Great le Labo rose 31 is a nice touch. But the room was just way too old, dark, worn out and dated for us to want to return. We will try somewhere else such as the Westin perhaps next visit.

Good location, very convenient for attending a dance competition at the convention center. Nice room with a great view. Excellent restaurant, was able to accommodate gluten-free diet. Valet-only parking a bit pricey.

We decided to stop at Mt Tremblant for a quick extra day of skiing on our way home and decided to treat ourselves with a stay at the Fairmont. As with all of our stays at Fairmont properties the customer service is the absolute highlight of the visit. Literally from the moment you arrive to the time your drive away the staff are there to handle everything you require. Is it expensive? Yes. Are there cheaper hotel options available? Yes. But if you are looking to have that white glove level experience for the entirety of your stay there is no better option.

After staying at Fairmont Laurier recently which was expectional in terms of cleanliness, service, etc given the age of the building; we had the idea to try out all Fairmont locations whenever we get the chance, hence our stay at Fairmont Tremblant. However, it was a little disappointing and didn't equal to our previous experience. Initial room we got on 5th floor, the bed made was sloppy with bumps through out, dead lady bugs by the window and on chair, and a very dusty TV...not quite a 4-star hotel standard I believe just seeing the bed alone. We then waited ~3hrs for another room which was an upgrade to the 7th floor that turned out better, at least the bed was perfectly made. But none the less, cleanliness could've been better. After wiping down the coffee nook surface several times, the lysol wipes was clearly yellowed, bathtub had some sort of rust stain that kept flushing out as we showered, wallpapers peeling off, stained ceiling above the bed...I guess standards are site specific and this one just happens to be a bit ran down. Overall it was still a good relaxing holiday for us, hotel staffs were nice, restaurant was great, perfect location too within the village but most likely we not return to this specific location.…

The location couldn’t be better. Neither could the service. Our room was a great size and well appointed. The lobby bar had a great vibe and the bartenders knew their stuff. And the restaurant was fantastic. Will definitely be back next year!

Fantastic experience from my arrival to departure. I arrived on my birthday and let me tell you...I had just left a bad hotel experience and decided to book two nights at Fairmont Tremblant. I never regretted it. Best decision ever. From the phone booking to my check-out, I only had a great experience. They even offered me a glass of champagne at the bar. They sent a signed card to my room with a little gift. The staff were awesome. The room was clean and comfortable. I had a delicious meal in one of their restaurant. There was a little coffee shop in the hotel and the staff there were super! Thanks to the front desk staff. You guys were incredible!

A spur of the moment overnight stay in order to get some skiing in. The pool area (and bar) was fun. The Lobby Bar was inviting. Concierge was very helpful in acquiring dinner reservations at an exceptional restaurant.

As is expected with a top tier hotel, the staff are very helpful and friendly. Among the notable good things are the hotel amenities, especially the sauna and steam rooms. Valet parking is very expensive. Rooms are very clean.
