Stayed here for one week in July 2020, after the resort reopened with new COVID safety protocols. We were hesitant to book a vacation at first, but decided we all need some fresh air, and could always drive home early if the protocols were not sufficient and we deemed unsafe.

We had stayed here during ski season previously, and as usual, the location of the hotel (right in the village, walkable to beach and trails) is a main draw for us. The rooms are spacious (we stay in a suite with two double beds plus loft), plenty of room for family of 4.

The hotel and the resort did an excellent job enforcing cleaning, hand sanitizing and face covering practice. There is practically a hand sanitizing station at every kiosk / entry way / facility. Elevator rides cannot be shared with other guests outside of your family. Guests without face coverings were asked politely to go back outside or to wear a mask immediately.

Instead of the usual buffet breakfast, Marriott moved to a paper bag breakfast program that you can pick up everyday from the lunch room and eat inside your suite. Th breakfast bag contained: muffin, apple, cereal bar, cheese, yogurt, and a juice box. Yes it is not the same as a hot waffle and scrambled eggs, but given the safety protocol I would much rather have an individually packed breakfast that we could enjoy in our room.

The outdoor pool is open and they have instituted a time slot program that you can sign up in the morning for 30 mins to an hour per day. maximum 9 guests in the pool. We were able to get a slot every day, and noted the capacity number is well respected. (There was one day where there was a family with an extra child on deck). Hot tubs remained closed based on provincial guidelines.

As part of COVID safety....daily housekeeping service has been suspended. However the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful...and were always able to provide us with extra towels and soaps, etc.

Overall, our family had a great time and found it very convenient to use Tremblant as a base while visiting nearby area..it was great to travel and enjoy the great outdoors again after all these months.

We visited Tremblant Aug 5-9 and stayed at the Residence Inn. The hotel is following protocols, masks in the elevator, sanitizer etc. You have to book ur pool time with the lifeguard at 10am sharp for 1/2 hr time blocks - 9 people at a time.
Also we brought bikes which we locked up in the underground parking garage and opted to Park our car in the public parking for free which is literally a 3-5 min walk away.
Things to note is there is no housekeeping during the stay but if you buzz down for whatever you need they were very prompt in bringing it to your room. We stayed in a 2 bedroom 2 level room. Small but good enough for a family of five, request a balcony!
Breakfast was included but don’t get too excited it was a paper bag filled with an apple, nutrigrain bar, box drink, packed muffin and a slice of cheese...everyday was the same.
Overall this hotel had a great location in the village, was clean and followed the protocols to the best of their ability.

We stayed at the Marriott for the first time this weekend, as we were looking for a local vacation within driving distance from Ottawa. The hotel is well located in the village and was both clean and had good Covid-19 procedures in place (masks indoors and hand sanitizer available everywhere).

Our family stayed in a 2 bedroom suite which had a bedroom downstairs and full loft upstairs with tones of space. Nice little balcony overlooking the village, which we used for a pre-dinner glass of wine.

Breakfast buffets was obviously not available due to Covid however they did provide a bagged breakfast you would take for you day out in the Tremblant area.

Staff were helpful and always seemed to be cleaning which was nice to see.

Overall, great experience at the hotel and the Tremblant village, we will definitely return.

The hotel in general was very dated and in need of a deep clean and refurbishment. Our hotel room was spacious with a small kitchenette in it although the walls were thin so it was noisy. We had a lot of heavy ski luggage and children and there was no concierge at check in to assist us in taking our bags to the room on the top floor.

The main complaint was that our room was extremely dusty upon arrival (see pictures) and the sheets were dirty! When we informed reception they told us that nothing could be done as housekeeping had gone home and that we could stay in another room for the night. This meant that we were unable to settle into our room and relax after a long trip.

The next day after our room had been “cleaned” there was still dust on the carpet, wall and back of cabinet and a pill that had appeared. When discussing this with housekeeping we abruptly got told that it had been cleaned and checked three times, which demonstrates appalling standards if this was true. When reporting these poor standards to the manger she was also rude, unapologetic and simply stated that she would send the cleaners in again. At this point we offered to clean the room ourselves.

Breakfast was below average quality and and they continuously kept running out of cups, plates and cutlery and when they did come out they were still wet. Due to the questionable hygiene standards we didn’t eat the cooked food and stuck to yogurts and cereal. The staff at breakfast looked scruffy would benefit from new modern uniforms as they looked like they were from a 50’s diner.

A few days into the holiday we noticed an extra charge on our credit card which when queried they told us this was for hiring ski locks which we didn’t have. In addition to this when we got our bill we saw that they had charged us extra for car parking which we also never used. The charges were taken off, but if we hadn’t checked we would have been charged an additional $180. This didn’t actually surprise us as we saw a child being allowed by reception to charge sweets and crisps to a room without an adult being present.

The positives were that the hotel is in a good location, the bed was comfy, the shower was hot, they offered storage for your ski’s and you could sign into Netflix/AmazonPrime on the TV.

I appreciate that this is a 3* hotel but customer service and cleanliness in my opinion should not be compromised. We would not stay here again and would not recommend it to others.

Weekend stay with the family. Online check in via the Marriott app was easy. Room ready at requested time (early check in). Room and entire hotel very clean. Front desk staff was helpful and provided everything we needed (including forgotten tooth brush).

Breakfast options are a box filled with your choice (see photo). Hot breakfast sandwich or cold options available.

The location is fully ski in. You can ski right up to the front door of the hotel. Ski locker rooms are available on the basement level. Hotel room key opens the room and you can use your own lock or get one from the front desk (deposit required).

For “ski out” you need to carry your skis to the bottom of the cabriolet lift. Take the lift to the main base station area. Walk to cabriolet is about 1 minute.

Underground secure parking is available for $15 per day. Was worth having a warm car on departure day.

Highly recommend, will stay there again.

Had an amazing 10 days here. Hotel is Great, has basic toiletries which smelt lovely. Didn't need to bring my own! There is a washing machine and dryer in hotel so half the amount of clothes needed. Very friendly village, lots of choices for food. We're lucky to have someone take us to a village 13k away and got food for the week so didn't have to eat out every night.
Apartment rooms have a fire, very romantic and lovely to cosy up with a book on snow storm days. Ski lessons, if a beginner go straight for a private lesson. Until you feel confident. Otherwise you just have to suck It up, I abandoned two lessons due to the group being too big, and I was just holding them up.
If a non skier worth a pass to the top for the view on a clear day. Hot tub a must, just to experience the extreme temp changes! Poutine and Beaver tails also a must to try and maple syrup poured over ice and then rolled on a stick. Good for those with a sweet tooth. Escape room good too for evening activities. Snow shoeing too. Lots to do.
We were here for 10 days, good length of time. Looking forward to coming back. Child friendly too.

We are a family of 4 that reserved 2 nights at this hotel to ski at Mont-Tremblant. It was our third time at this hotel. We were not sure to come because of the Codvid situation. Hotel was prepaid and we had no possibility for refund. We were really surprised by the fact that the hotel didn’t change their set-up for breakfast. They offered us a buffet. Really, this is not responsible under this exceptional event. The man at the reception was really surprised by us asking if they planned another venue for breakfast. He mentioned that if they don’t offer breakfast they will lose a star... we urge the hotel to adapt to our new reality to protect clients health and for their employees. Melanie

The Marriott Mont Tremblant is in a Great Location, nice size one bedroom Suite, small reception and pool. During Covid weekend, only nine people were allowed at the pool every 30 minutes; you needed to register early in the morning. My room was 109, first floor no view, ground floor, it was a quiet room, and the view was not the best. The hallway to the room was very dark, and the carpet had a strong smell to it. The beds were ok; the blinds were not blackout blinds, and the sun would shine bright in the room early on. There was no coffee boiler, but there was a coffee percolator machine. The underground garage was a bit weird as when you come into the garage when you turn right into the parking and get to the end of the parking there is a wall, so you have to back up to go to the other side; a bit inconvenient when two cars come in at the same time. Because of Covid, the breakfast was in a bag for all guests; yogurt, cheese stick, muffin, bar and an apple with a juice box. My overall stay was pleasant; however, for the price (390.00$ per night), I would have expected a bit more.

This place was perfect for my trip to Mont Tremblant. My son and I stayed here for 5 nights and had a blast.
It's at the base of the village. Take the gondola up to the top of the village/base of the mountain to ski or board ,at the end of day ski right to the hotel. Hop in the outdoor hot tubs after the fun day of hitting the slopes to help those aching muscles. Breakfast was perfect for the start if our days. They offer parking in their garage for a fee which is well worth it. Note if you have suv with rooftop cargo carrier you will not fit! I think 6'8" is clearance.

Faultless! Stayed here as a solo traveller from the UK, skiing for the week. The beds are very comfortable, buffet breakfasts every morning were perfect to set me up for the day, the rooms are very quiet and clean, and the location is less than a 5 minute walk to the lifts.
The staff are so friendly, and helpful. On my last day, my taxi didn’t arrive, and the reception staff Kevin & Dominique could not do enough to help me. Even the GM attempted to personally drive me to the airport on time! I would not consider any other hotel in Tremblant after the service I have experienced here this week. An absolute gem of a hotel, and a place Marriott should be proud of!

Hello, It is very complicated with these lockdown in Quebec to tell you that the hot tubs can stay open or closed. When we were there they were open but you needed to reserve a time slot to be alone or with your own group/bubble. As of today, you are better to call the Residence Inn directly at 1-855-797-6733 or 1-866-266-3306. Thanks
