I honestly don't even know where to begin and never leave reviews but I feel like whats going on inside this place needs to be made more known to the public. From the very beginning, the blonde old receptionist sent us to the wrong hotel room with all of our luggage - TWICE. After trying to break into some other poor families room in the middle of the night, we called her and not only did she not even care and made us luggage everything back, but she lectured us about where we parked our car. Which, by the way, doesn't even matter. Considering we paid for a full weekends parking in the hotels garage but the entire garage was full with no parking for us because "people sneak in on busy weekends and towing says its too busy to enter the village today"- as per "Remi", the receptionist. The hotel refused to reimburse us for this because there were parking options on the other side of the village which is not what we paid for. ESPECIALLY with all the ski and snowboarding equipment. While I will say that the room was nice, I dont trust the bed either. I'm not sure if its a reaction to the detergent used for the sheets but I'd really like to believe that the reaction on my arm wasn't from bed bugs.. On check out when we raised all of our concerns to receptionist, "Remi", he interrupted us in the middle of our convection to say "Please to stop talking" because a call was coming in and told us to "please go to the side because its rude to keep people waiting on the phone". As it wasn't rude to completely disacknowledge our entire conversation. Which went no where, we were told to just write an email to the hotel when we get home and given no reimbursement for the parking we never received. Worst stay of my life. They have some SERIOUS customer service and staff training issues they need to address.. after investing in a better garage security system and new bedding.

Place Saint Bernard is actually 2 hotels, Le Deslauriers & Le Johannsen. The Mont website says Place St Bernard bookings have lodging privileges. ie free Gondola rides for each person for the length of stay and more. It doesn't say that if you book thru a third party it doesn't apply so be careful if comparing pricing. We had 2 large rooms, bedroom with 2 large queen beds, and a kitchen living room with a pull out sofa so you could sleep 6. The woodwork in the room looked well worn but the beds were comfortable. A large balcony the whole width of the 2 rooms had 4 lounge chairs. Very nice but units are well used and looking that way. The entire town has a surcharge on everything you pay for of 3.5%, parking, meals, clothing etc like a condo fee. All restaurants charge about 50% more that what you would pay outside and not of good quality. Charges were messed up, more deposit that we were told plus $150 security fee which took a week to get back. Balance finally worked out correct but was frustrating. I'd stay outside the complex so you have more selection of restaurants etc and don't feel trapped in the resort.

We stayed an a 2 bedroom suite. The room itself was well appointed, mostly clean, and in a good location (approximately 1/2 way up the pedestrian area). Our daughter slept on the pull-out bed, and when we opened it up there was a dirty sheet left on it. Luckily there were fresh sheets in the closet. There were also no additional pillows for her. We tried the jetted tub in the master bathroom and huge clump of hair and a used band-aid came out of the jets!!! The reception was surprisingly difficult to find. It is across the street from our actual hotel. To make things more confusing, Place St Bernard is divided into two sections, Johannsen and Deslaurier, which was not mentioned on the website (as far as I saw). In addition, there is very little parking! I am guessing maybe 25-30 spots for both hotels.

We stayed at the Deslaurier Saint-Bernard in the Pedestrian Village at Mont-Tremblant. The unit was a one bedroom with kitchen, lliving room, and nice-sized bathroom. There are ski lockers (a lock is supplied) on the RC level. Underground parking is at the SS level one level below RC and is 15$C a night. The buildings have been around a while and though showing its age a bit, the unit was nice and quite comfortable. The convenience can't be beat -- literally a two minute walk to the gondola. We loved the Pedestrian Village look and feel. Check-in and out were quite easy, and we could leave our car (they suggested we leave by 2) while we skied the last day after checkout. We were a little disappointed at the kitchen amenities, with one dish cloth and one dish towel, one brillo pad, no paper towels, and no sponge/scrubby. However, the cloth, dish towel, and pad were replenished every second day, so that was good. And we were very disappointed that the room only had a keurig, as we had brought our own coffee. We managed to make coffee with a strainer, a pot, and the filters we brought. So if you like drip coffee, bring a pour-over and filters with you. Lastly, there was quite a bit of music at night, but we kinda liked that vibe, and after a hard day of skiing, it certainly didn't keep us up.

They need better signage and details when you arrive - it's a maze for first-timers. get the underground parking - they give you carts to move everything to your room. Rooms are slightly dated but clean with great full kitchens (+dishes/pots/pans - you name it). You could not be closer to all the action - a great location. No pool spa etc. but the price reflects that - two guys on a ski trip so we just needed a place to cook and crash. Depending on the price you get this at I would def. recommend it ...at say 150 and under / night + parking 16/day. Shop at Walmart on the way up or pay double + for everything - booze is reg. price in the village (liquor store). They gave us free tubing/skate rentals and 45 min early access to the AM gondola upon check-in here - that was a nice bonus. The casino is only open Thurs- Sun - shuttle avail. when gondola not. Free Internet.

Room was small but priced right, clean & comfortable. In great location if you want to be in the heart of Tremblant. But noisy until around 11pm. Bathroom was good size, with plenty of towels and toilette's.

We only stayed two nights in the summer - the room was average. Clean, and everything we needed. I do struggle to imagine what it would be like with a bunch of ski or bike gear in the room. The staff was friendly and we received a warm welcome. It took us a bit to find the reception though because the rooms - and the reception are in separate spots. Our reservation came with free access to the gondola, mini golf and the beach - which I thought was great value.

We stayed in place st-bernard (johannsen building) and loved it. Our room overlooked the bottom of the ski hill and we were steps away from all of the activities. The room wasn’t super fancy, but I found that the people at the reception desk were very friendly and helpful and I would definitely stay here again.

1) Finding reception is hard. They give you the GPS coordinates to a place to park, and then give you only 15 minutes to find reception. That's difficult because the signage points you the opposite direction from reception and you can't even see the "Reception" sign from where you park. We ended up wandering around for 15 minutes before we found it, and only then by chance. 2) Room is fine, if a little outdated. Beds were comfortable. 3) SLEEPING IS NOT. We were there on a TUESDAY. We could hear the nightclub until 2am. We didn't get any sleep. Seems Mont Tremblant in general doesn't care if all the people staying in the hotels get no sleep. Reception lady says "oh you should have called us" and we said why? What were they going to do about the nightclub at 1am? Quite sure the music wouldn't have been turned off. This is something that the hotel and the nightclub should work out really fast. I can understand night club noise on a weekend but not a Tuesday night. Overall, would not stay here again.
