The hotel was updated, most of the stuff were very helpful and friendly except J.., who was however arrogant and condescend. Maybe have a little more of sympathy and less lecturing when guests ask for help desperately, is too much to ask for her?! It would be a 5 if wasn’t because of her. 酒店设施较新,工作人员大都比较热情友好,除了一个名字开头是J的女前台。她高高在上一副说教的嘴脸让人很不舒服。也许她觉得当客人需要帮助时,show自己的优越感比真诚的提供帮助更重要?!

Extremely convenient location in the Tremblant Resort village - with a short walk to the Cabriolet lift while being a little more secluded (and therefore less noisy). Room was cozy and spacious with many amenities for eating in if you like. The breakfast (included) was plentiful and while it was continental, it did include boiled eggs and cold cuts for those wanting something more substantial. Service was excellent.

Johanie and the entire staff were absolutely phenomenal when our travel plans were interrupted. They assisted us in exploring multiple routes back home and provided support in helping us determine transportation back to the States. I have never met a more attentive, kind, empathetic and helpful staff than here. Outside of this, the rooms were clean and in the middle of town -- there is nothing else we could've asked for. We will absolutely be back and will recommend to anyone coming to mont tremblant

We had a wonderful stay at Ermitage du Lac. Our room (one bedroom apartment) was perfect for us and our two daughters. A huge super king bedroom and a lovely lounge/dining/kitchenette with a sofa bed that was king size with a proper bed mattress. We had a balcony at either end - bedroom view of the resort and mountain and lounge view of the frozen lake. The breakfast was continental, so no cooked options, but very substantial with four different freshly baked pastries/muffins, cereals, yoghurts, meat, cheese, bread, etc. and we never went hungry. You could eat in the breakfast area or bring your tray down from your room and take good up to your room. The hotel was a 2-3 minute walk from the Cabriolet bucket lift to the start of the pistes ( turn left out of the hotel rather than right round the longer road route) so very easy to get to the slopes. The hotel includes free ski valet so you can leave your skis at the slopes and not have to carry them to and fro. If you do want to, there are free ski lockers at the hotel too. And you can take the Voyageur run down to a short walk from the hotel if you want to ski back. There is a small natural ice rink next to the hotel that is open 1-9pm and is free if you show your room key. You can also use bum whackers on their manmade slope, play ice hockey and toast marshmallows all for free. The hotel has an excellent outdoor hot tub (pool!) with free use of towels. You can borrow robes at a charge to your room of $50 per robes that's immediately credited back to your room once you return them. The skiing is brilliant, with 102 runs easily accessible from all areas. We usually did the two chairlifts to the top of the mountain rather than the bubble lift as it had longer queues and the chairs were just as quick. Ski school was excellent and we could do lots of the mountain in the 2.5 hours the girls were in lessons each morning and afternoon and easily get back in time. The resort itself is lovely. We found that the restaurants were fairly pricy, particularly the wine, but they were all excellent. We particularly enjoyed O Wok, the Q G and the Maison de la crêpe. We loved the chocolate shop for pudding, particularly the chocolate fondue and the chocolate dipped ice creams - a choice of 16 chocolates, what's not to love?! We also adored the maple syrup taffy, a must-do near the bottom of the Cabriolet lift. We hired our skis from skidelivery.ca who delivered to the hotel, were cheaper than the ski hire shops and provided an excellent service. We had a brilliant ski holiday in Tremblant and very pleased we travelled from the UK for our week there. The team at Ermitage du Lac couldn't do enough for you and were all friendly and hospitable, just as all the people we met in resort were.

We stayed pre pandemic and it was a very hotel with free breakfast. In December of 2022 re decided to take a ski weekend at Tremblant. We had to change rooms due to issues but that wasn't my issue......Day 1 went down to breakfast which was much smaller that was the last time we were there, but that was fine. Not much room for people to sit and have breakfast so most people bring down their room trays and bring food back to the rooms for their families. The first day I asked the lady behind the counter that housed the mini croissants. I asked for 2 Spinach and two chocolate, my daughter and myself, to which the lady asked me if I was going to eat all of them. Taken back, I said they are for my daughter and I. I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO EXPLAIN TO THEM HOW MUCH AND WHO IS EATING!!! This went on every day and with every person who asked for croissants. How petty. They have bagels, toast, cereals etc. yet the croissants were by request and would only be provided by the employees who grilled you everyday on who would be eating. We made jokes of it because it was so insane. Anyway, on our last morning, a gentleman was putting together a tray clearly for his family and had it on the counter while he was pouring juice. All of a sudden the male employee in charge of the croissants, came from behind the counter and started yelling at the gentleman. Asking him why he had so much food. This was rather embarrassing for the gentleman; I could see he was mortified and tried to explain to the employee yelling at him that it was for his family. No-one should be degraded in this manner. The was enough, so I will look elsewhere next time I'm in Tremblant, you can keep your croissants! You would think with the cost per room from Christmas to New Years, they would have the decency of not degrade their customers. If you are that hard up about your croissants, don't offer them. But you have just lost 3 returning customers due to this.

We stayed for a couple nights here. We had stayed in a one bedroom condo and it was lovely. I would definitely stay here again, the room was very clean and well organized with lots of space. We didn’t do skiing this year since we had our little guy who is just too little for skiing just yet, but it was nice to be in such close walking proximity to the village. The only reason I gave it a 4 star was I just wished they had some more hot items for breakfast, otherwise we would have purchased some actual breakfast items for ourselves. Overall, we had a great stay check in was quick and anyone we encountered was very friendly ! We would definitely be back again

Initially we weren’t sure why this hotel was only 3 star but a few areas were lacking. Not a particularly warm welcome at reception but warmed up during our stay. Both rooms were amazing, good size with bedroom and kitchen/seating area and a huge bath. Kitchen was great but would be nice to know we had this facility beforehand and we’d have bought food to save a bit of money in the expensive resort. Small balcony (though didn’t feel entirely safe with rotting wood!) with stunning view of the lake. Pool area was tiny and always had too many people around it to feel accessible, the gym was three basic machines. Breakfast was sufficient but not enough places to sit so you have the option to eat in your room, which worked well for us. We enjoyed our stay despite the weather and some of the amenities being closed.

This was my first visit to this hotel (March 2022), and I feel it's important to highlight both sides of every review; The Good (there's a lot of good) - an outdoor hot tub is key during the skiing season - walking distance to the hill & ski valet beside the gondola is nice - continental breakfast (I would be curious to see what this looks like post-Covid) - full kitchen in our suite (and anything you didn't have you could just ask the front desk for) The Bad (not much to add here) - paying for underground parking was surprising (but free parking was nearby) - the hot tub wasn't working one evening (I hope this isn't an ongoing issue)

We stayed at Ermitage du lac in mid August and the reservation was a breeze, note that if you’re booking through a third party the picture of the room might not be the one you get. Please when booking specify your preferences, I witnessed a woman yell at the receptionist because she “requested the balcony” but couldn’t provide proof of it, she went on to say she had priority over everyone because she had been there for over 8 times. I was waiting with a toddler and a 3 week old newborn while she blabbed and was rude to the poor receptionist (make receptionist who is actually a very helpful and outstanding person). I just can’t believe such people exist, so the only room with a balcony belonged to someone staying for 5 days (hello! that was us) and she demanded to have that room but thank God the receptionist gracefully stood his ground. Please don’t be a Karen, anyways while she looked for the email she knew she didn’t have (to show she requested a balcony even though it was common sense the she was to get a room with balcony) the receptionist apologized even though he had no fault and checked us in. It literally took less than 3 min and we were given our key card and instructions about the hotel. The hotel looks very nice and in great shape, I think it was recently renovated. It’s wheelchair and stroller accessible from beginning to end, they have underground parking (15$/day). I did see a lot of parents with kids and well with the scene my kids put up, it’s safe to say the hotel is newborn/ toddler friendly. The room was clean, great floor plan and well equipped for a short term stay. I liked the location of the hotel as it’s directly in the city but to the side so you don’t listen to the noisy people at night. The sanitation staff is really helpful and friendly. The breakfast is very mediocre but the cappuccino is delicious 😋 the pool is a. I’ve size and very clean, there’s a lifeguard on duty (depends if they wanna show up) and the water was murky (I guess from everyone’s sunblock). There’s a decent sized jacuzzi but the water is not hot but you still can chill there at night. I’d definitely return, my daughter enjoyed the pool and I loved our room and our view (pool view)/l hotel entrance. Great hotel at a great rate!
