We could not turn the heat on in the room as is stunk so back, the door had been damaged so badly it had a metal plate repair and had to use an actual key, not a nice area at all, the phone lines were crossed and we would get random calls for other rooms.

I arrived late at night at the Quality Inn but the woman that checked me in was pleasant, informative, and efficient (appreciated since all I wanted to do was get to bed). I was pleasantly surprised at the size of the room. The sink is just outside the washroom which allows for ample space for toiletries. As others have mentioned... More

The main problem with this hotel is the noise from Lougheed Highway at night unless you are in one of the rooms in the back. The posted speed for the highway is 06 Km/h but people do 90 and over. You can tell by the way they pass by! The manager simply by contacting the local authorities could have solved... More

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to post this review. As we stated to you in your previous review, we realize that highway noise is an issue at our property and has become more so since the community had grown so much in the last few years. The Quality Inn has some of the most outgoing and friendly staff in the Choice Hotel system. They were all willing to give us helpful suggestions on what to do while in the area, (they were kind of surprised we were there because tourists usually don't venture into the Maple Ridge area). They also were helpful in helping us collect... More

We stayed for 4 nights while visiting family. Value for price is excellent. We could have chosen a closer motel, but I wanted to have the breakfast available so I don't have to rush in the morning. Free breakfast is very basic but has everything you need and the eating area is kept clean and well-stocked. My recommendation to the... More

A group of us from Australia and other parts of the works stayed here for a wedding located 10 minutes away at a beautiful golf course. This hotel is good value for money. Big rooms, feel cosy and good facilities Ie laundry, spa and pub next door. Only problem was children are not allowed in pub so have to drive... More

I stayed here for 6 days for a family event. I had stayed here before a few years ago and found it to be one of the cheapest motels in the area. Although it is a little dated, it is very clean, the front desk staff are very helpful. It serves its purpose of providing reasonably priced, clean over-night accommodation.... More

This place is alright to me, my room was facing the highway, with some noise from trucks, police sirens and trains. The bed was really comfy, shower was hot and the TV was a regular crt-tv with standard definition programming, it was ok, I don't watch tv much anyhow just something I noticed. Other than that, my stay was ok!
