We stayed there for 2 nights. Staff was not friendly at all. The room was very dark. I found long dark hair in the shower and on the hair dryer (I am blonde...). The lady, who was responsible for the breakfast was absolutely overstrained with more than 2 guests, we had to wait for half an hour and had to...

We had an excellent stay in this warm and friendly Inn. After driving through rain and fog from St John's it was a welcome respite. The rooms are very attractive, comfortable beds, lovely whirlpool tub and very clean. The breakfast was ample and freshly prepared to order.

We stopped in Grand Falls for the night on our way to St. John's and were lucky enough to get the last room for the night after a cancellation. The Inn was beautiful, and there were movies, snacks, coffee and tea on hand for guests. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Regina was a great host, and we had...

I spent two nights at the Carriage House Inn and was very pleased. I tried to book the third night but they were full. I believe they have 6 or more rooms so business must be good. The Inn is on a main road but it's very quiet. The place is very clean and comfortable. There's free Internet and my...

This B & B was very good, we had a huge king suite upstairs at the back. Nice quite spot, not much traffic noise in the area. Comfy bed, good TV, large bath, truly a very comfy suite. Breakfast was great. The host is very helpful and willing to take time to give guidance in the area. Definitely a worthwhile...

This is such a nice experience. From the moment you step into the Carriage House, you feel very at home and welcomed. The layout is amazing and has all the comforts of home, but still feel like you are in a hotel...you do not feel like you are intruding into someone else's home. The rooms are very clean and beautifully...

We stayed at the Carriage House Inn on the way to Port Aux Basques to catch the ferry to N.S. This is a beautiful and clean B & B with all the comforts of home. The shared area has tons of DVDs to watch during your stay, or books to read, depending on your preference. Each bedroom has its own...

Grand Falls is a good stopping point when traveling across Newfoundland on TCH. The Carriage House Inn is a beautiful home and Elizabeth a kind, gentle hostess. Be sure to tell her when you check in if you have diet restrictions for breakfast the next morning. We were in the "Meg" room with a king size bed. Located on the...
