Always comfortable, great location, terrific amenities with friendly, efficient staff. The food is always very good with ample portions in The One restaurant. The rooms are clean and the hotel has laundry machines available for use.

I regularly stay at the woodlands once a month for 1 night, but work dictated that I stay for 2 weeks straight. I took my regular flight to Fort Nelson and ran into the front end girl Kristi on the flight. I had a short chat with her and by the time I landed she had my room booked for...

I have stayed at the Woodlands Inn & Suites for years and can honestly say that up until this stay I have only once had a bad room. It was close to the lounge and the outside door where the smokers go. They said this was the only room left on this particular night and I had not made a...

We were traveling through to Whitehorse and return. Stayed at the hotel on the way up ant the way back. Used to travel in the area but have not been there in 8 or 9 years but they still had me in their data base! Awesome. Rooms clean and quiet. Lounge serves the same food as the restaurant and it...

There are very few hotels in Fort Nelson and the Woodlands Inn is by far one of the better ones. The staff are great and very helpful for travelers. The location is safe and was able to accommodate our truck and 26ft trailer. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel and they serve good breakfast. This is the second...

I had the pleasure of working with David Moore and Cristy Arychuk in planning a 3 day conference and multiple room bookings. I cant say enough about how they treated myself and the 30 other members of my team. The attention to detail was like none other. The food, accommodations, and treatment was best in class! Thanks to all of...

THE STAFF WAS THE BEST AND DID EVERYTHING POSSIBLE TO HELP WITH A BAD SITUATION.........We originally had reservations to stay at the Woodlands Inn 1 night before and 1 night after a hunting trip. While on the hunting trip my husband had to be helicoptered after 2 days out hunting in the bush. After going to the hospital (which was...

Was up working in Fort Nelson for about a week. My first visit to this part of the province. I didn't choose the hotel, but had no complaints regarding my stay. The front desk staff is excellent and very friendly. Delicious food and drinks at The One every evening were usually served by the beautiful and talented Lucie. After working...

Woodlands Inn is definitely "the" place to stay in Fort Nelson. Excellent rooms and suites with no detail overlooked. We have been visiting For Nelson once a year for several years and have reviewed all the hotels/accommodations and we wouldn't book anywhere else. If you like ground floor accommodation, book a suite and you get private outdoor access and a...

Forest fires forced a change in our itinerary. So we ended up in Ft Nelson with only a day of planning. The hotel was very accommodating and helpful because of our plans. The room was large (king size bed) and clean. We did laundry here. OK facilities but half the machines weren't working and a group of servicemen working there...
