We enjoyed Elaine's friendly welcome and her great breakfast complete with homemade croissants. We wandered over to Truffle Pig and had a great meal. Coyote's Den was very clean and comfortable. Particularly the shared bathroom. All the other guests we friendly and respectful of others.

Great b&b! Every thing is perfect! Delicious breakfast, lovely room, kind owner. The best i have found in my holiday. We had a bathroom to divide with another two couples but it wasn't a problem. My husband and I suggest this accomodation to everybody!

Yes, It was very dark in Coyote's Den Guesthouse. The house is made of wood and illuminated with very few small light bulbs. It was dark in the kitchen, dark in the living room and we had to use our smart phones as flashlights in the room. The whole place had a gloomy atmosphere. We stayed in the guesthouse for...

I stayed here for 2 nights with friends whilst we did the guided hike of the Burgess Shale Fossil Beds on Mt Stephen and explored the local area. Elaine is a very warm, friendly and helpful host. As others have already said, the breakfasts are great! If I could award half a star I would give the Coyote's Den four-and-a-half...

We were welcomed right away. Elaine offered us tea when she realized we had been driving for 4+ hours without stopping for more than a potty break. We enjoyed sitting in the bright kitchen, watching the hummingbirds using the feeder at the window and sipping tea before moving to the sitting room to relax. When Elaine was informed of our...

As everyone says, the breakfasts are wonderful; fresh fruit salads, yoghurt, cereals, cold meats and cheeses, breads, conserves, and a different delicious cooked dish every day. Unlimited tea , coffee etc. Guests are also able to use the kitchen for making drinks whenever the wish, or cooking a supper if required. The whole main floor is guest territory, with it's...

When we mentioned at the ParksCanada tourist office in Field, BC, where we would be staying, we were very encouraged by what appears to be a very common response: "You'll just love the breakfasts!" Elaine's breakfasts are justly famous. She is always looking to cook or bake something a little different to add to the already generous spread. This may...

Elaine is a perfect hostess; so warm and charming. Her breakfasts are perfect for those who are planning a long hike. She has a wealth of information on the area for any level of activity. She was very flexible and allowed us to warm up our dinner in her kitchen. We stayed two nights and even though the room was...

We just had a wonderful five-night stay with Elaine at the Coyotes Den B&B. Great breakfasts, comfortable accommodations, and the ideal location for activities in Yoho, Lake Louise, and Lake O'hara. Elaine is so welcoming and considerate of all her guests. We will definitely stay here every time we return to the Lake Louise / Yoho area.
