The house is lovely, the rooms nice, the linens plush and it was nice to have 2 double beds for my friend and I to have our girls weekend away. There was also a nice ensuite bathroom; it all seemed wonderful. When we checked in Margaret seemed kind and welcoming, we chose what we wanted for breakfast then unpacked and...

My boyfriend and me stayed in the Josephine Room at this B&B following a very enjoyable visit to the Joggins Fossil Centre. Due to a chilly walk along the coast where we did some fossil hunting, we really appreciated a warm soak in the jacuzzi bath. Fluffy bathrobes were provided and Colin brought hot coffee to our room as well....

Stayed here for one night passing through Amherst. The owners were friendly and had made calls before we arrived to find us an open restaurant for dinner (not easy on Thanksgiving Monday!). The house is a huge mansion which opened as a B&B about a year ago; it was very well renovated. It's on a quiet street, a short walk...

A must stay while visiting Nova Scotia, great location at the cross roads to New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island and Nova Scotia, all can be visited in a days trip. Margaret and Colin have beautifully restored their home and oh yes the breakfast is outstanding. The rooms are large and the bath squeaky clean.

We stayed at Rhodes Manor B&B on the last night of our little vacation to NS. This was by far the best of all the B&B's of our trip. The house is a beautiful Victorian home that has been superbly restored & decorated by Colin & Margaret. Colin is a master with the hammer & saw & Margaret is truly...

My wife often travels to Amherst for business. Because I accompanied her this trip she decided to stay in a B&B. We chose this B&B because of the Canada Select 4 star rating. We are normally cottage renters since we have a cottage business of our own, (highlandviewcottages.com) , but we were pleasantly surprised with the comfort of these large...

Stayed at this B&B on the last night of our 11 days in NS. It was by far the best of all the accommodations of the trip (though there were no bad experiences at any of the previous 10 nights). A beautiful Victorian home lovingly maintained and furnished to maximize comfort, charm and character. The bed was the most comfortable...
