This hotel needs some serious updates. Wallpaper in room was peeling, carpet was dirty, boxspring mattress wasn't covered, cover sheets were old and roomed smelled old/ musty and kinda smokey. No need to use the cold water in the shower... we had the hot on full blast. We stayed in one of the single rooms and we could hear everything...

Consistently horrible service. Terrible staff. Long wait for everything from getting seated to service to payment. Very rude staff. Don't dine here. We arrived to a virtually empty restaurant and waited to be seated. You will always wait for any request. They waitresses are terrible. Food? Meh.. it's okay, but overall an atrocious dining establishment. Go anywhere else. Save your...

Stayed here 5 times over the years, convenient to make a break on the Prince George to Vancouver run. Stayed again before Christmas and it has gone downhill really badly. The place was pretty full and the condition of the place was ugly. Rooms were not well cleaned, there was dirt on the floor in the washroom and the previous...

From the outside it didn't look to bad. Upon entering our room the first thing to hit us was the smell of old smoke. Smelled like someone smoked in the room for years , I was a smoker at the time and it was bugging even me. The bedspreads were full of burn holes from cigarettes and were not to...

Not impressed at all...the poolside and hot tub hours were posted to close at 11:00pm. The worker/manager came in and shut off the lights at 10:48pm as my friends and I were sitting in the hot tub, when we questioned it she only said that she doesn't get paid over time and walked away. Upon returning to our room we...

The place was a dump. No hot water, no soap for washing your hands or anything. There was carpet missing on the floor and the room was cold. Would never stay there, and the hotel would not refund the pre paid reservations so we are out the money as well as paying for a good hotel down the road.

While it presents fairly nicely from the outside with the beautiful carriage on display and a decent lobby, the rooms are not very nice at all. Perhaps instead of upgrading to large, flat screen wall mounted TV's they should have revamped the bathrooms. Replacing the peeling paint, removing the mildew stained sealer around the tub and the black mould from...

Peeling paint and overgrown shrubs, this place is clearly neglected and tired. The rooms are at an unacceptable standard with un-vacuumed areas, dirt build up, stained bathtub, dirty carpet, dirty windows and drapes. The room was tiny, had no fridge or wifi. One good thing to say is the bed was comfortable. I’m sure there is better value in town,...

I have stayed in a lot of shabby run down hotels in my time. This place needs some serious upgrades to many aspects of the hotel including air conditioner's, bathrooms etc. etc. Only good thing was the beds seemed to be clean and were very comfortable. We had to get a room with 2 double beds because the few rooms...

Large room, dated, shabby but clean and fairly quiet even though it's situated just off the highway and good value for money. Good overnight accommodation en route elsewhere. There is a restaurant attached - good value for breakfast & dinner.
