Arriving at the Farmhouse we were met by Andy, who explained where everything was and if we needed anything just to give them a shout. There was a lovely welcome pack in a basket on the worktop. We had ordered a Tesco delivery which arrived soon after,so we...More

Just back from our SIXTH visit to The Dairy cottage at Happy Donkey Hill, the number of times we have been now speaks volumes, it's a gorgeous cottage and so far away from the fast pace of home life. The cottage is well equipped with...More

I took my daughter, partner (all non smokers and we don’t wet beds) plus our spaniels for a half term treat to Wales only we were evicted mid week when the host decided our daughter was too young and because she decided we had broken a fence (had not even seen it let alone broken a dilapidated bamboo screen until after the accusations) even more incredible was that she never actually asked her age and her response to you it states she accepts that age!! I wouldn’t recommend going here whether with kids or at all for that matter as the management are too volatile.
PS. I would recommend reading the 1 Star reviews first though.
