One mile of south facing pacific ocean front for your camping enjoyment near Ucluelet,Tofino and Long Beach park on the west coast of Vancouver Island B.C. Canada. We are a Wilderness campground so we do not have any RV hooks up. You need to bring your own drinking water and garbage will have to be packed out with you. We do have washwater, showers and pit toilets which are well maintained. Also br aware we off an 8km logging road a YouTube clip is attached to our website. If you wish to slow down and enjoy the best the west coast has to offer this is the place to relax and enjoy the view and wildlife.

Family visit to the area. Nice and simple and very clean campground with friendly helpful owners. Not too many amenities but not expecting any. When they say off the beaten path, they mean it! Veryong difficult drive on a hell road. And in the campground itself, they put big

Thanks for your review. We do our best to let people know about our road a with a video and a message stating we do not recommend low profile vehicles on our website , so there should be no surprises . I wish we would have been informed about the dog and "drunk guy" as we could have dealt with is at the time. Our rules state dogs must be leashed at all times.

Locations is very secluded with a 30 minute drive off the highway on gravel and sharp rock. 1+ hour from Tofino and 40 min from Ucluelet. Very quiet and enjoyable to listen to the waves at night, very accommodating when we were stuck for a place to stay. One thing that upset me

Dirt road in is a bit rough but it is so worth it! This is hands down my favorite spot we've camped in throughout the island! Ocean front sites, amazingly clean and well kept put toilets, and the owners were so pleasant and even worked hard to accommodate us an extra night when

Mussel Beach went above and beyond to accommodate our camping experience. Yes the road in isn't the best, but the caretakers are excellent-- friendly accommodating . First the thing one notices just how clean and manicured the grounds are. Even the outdoor toilet is one of the

Hello,We have had a lot of people use Mussel Beach as a starting point for the broken islands or just for day trips. If you head right across it takes a good hour and a half of paddling and it is open ocean so weather can be an issue. You can also head down past Salmon Beach and then over which is longer but more protected. We charge $5.00 per day per car for parking . Hope this answers your question, for more info you can give us a call at 250-893-2267.
