Went there for a night after a wedding in town. Check-in was easy, and front desk clerk very helpful. Got a nice room upstairs, clean bathroom and sheets. Didn't try the food but the coffee in the machine was good! Would go back

We arrived at the Refuge now called Allilia by the new Hong Kong owners who bought the place maybe one month ago. It was after a long day at the water slides. There was nobody at the desk, and two clients staying at the hotel were already at the front desk waiting with complaints. There was an old phone at...

This is a very small spa located next to a busy highway. The rooms are average but clean, Staff is polite but do not speak english. Not expensive so you get what you pay for, The only bad experience was the food. If you must stay there do not buy an all inclusive package. The restaurant is not good.

The food was amazing, the spa experience was also very nice. The baths were very clean, not to many people, perfect...

My partner and I had the 'Forfait Amoureux' package and it was such a beautiful stay. We were greeted by friendly staff, who took the time to show us around the rooms and facilities. The bedroom was spotless, and had a warm, calming atmosphere with a beautiful view of the river and woods, and wine and chocolates on the table....

“Auberge, spas le Refuge is too expensive for what it is! I suggest trying the Comfort Inn in Tremblant and choose the room with the whirlpool tub. We were please with that Hotel and our stay last spring!”

“Tip 1: Request a room on the first or second floor - they all have independant air conditioning units you can control from the room. Tip 2: Get a room facing the rear of the building, NOT the front. It cuts down the noise from the roadway significantly. Tip 3: If you get a superior room, make sure you ask if it's the large jacuzzi... when we switched rooms after the first night (to a rear facing second floor unit) the tub was actually smaller than the third floor room we had”
